I came to get my haircut done and I was seen by Tsubasa. He was so attentive and I felt that he really listened to my preference.

All other staffs were also so warm and nice when I stepped in and until I left.

I walked out of Koko today feeling like a million dollars. I had colour and highlights and Koji did a fabulous job - wonderful experience and so very relaxing too. Thank you so much guys!

No need to travel far for a haircut. Service has always been good, hairdresser is very attentive and I love my hair cut everytime!

One of the best Japanese hairdresser you can find in Sydney, compare with Tokyo Garden, I prefer this, the director is very experienced with hair colours.

Absolutely terrible experience. The hairdresser seemed to be new to the trade and had trouble communicating, had to consult with more senior staff for basic cutting instructions. Never thought that a simply request for a trim would be such a challenge for a so-called professional. Never again.

Think twice before using this place if you are a man. Not a bad haircut but looks like Edward Scissor Hands went at my skin.

This was my first visit to this salon and my first Japanese hair straightening. Saki was amazing. As well as doing a first class job Saki was very caring and professional. I would highly recommend Saki and Koko hair artistry.

A disappointment for me after reading all the good reviews. The only thing was enjoyable was the hair wash. The haircut I got wasnt great at all, as a hairdresser myself, it wasnt the right way to not divide my hair and just cut it like that, therefore the baseline isn’t accurate. Never again for me. Not worth 70$

Got my long hair shampooed, cut and blow dried by Saki. She tailored her cutting technique to suit my thick and wavy hair. A really beautiful job, Saki took great care to make sure everything was neatly done. Really quality work, worth the price!

Amazing service! First I had my hair cut by Koji and I loved it! I’m a very picky person, but my haircut turns out exactly how I desired and better than expected. Can’t recommend them enough!

What a service and professionalism
I visited here for the first time for a cut and keratin treatment. I would start with their communication which was 10/10. When I first called them for booking, it was all booked till January, surprisingly next day I got a call that there was a cancellation and if I am interested to book. I wasn’t sure but then I went ahead and made the booking myself via Instagram. Top notch UI there
I chose Koji for my hair do and he explained me every detailing of the treatment. He gave the the exact haircut I showed him the picture of. Super happy

The hairdressors are nice and professional. More importantly, they do their job nicely!

It’s hard to find a great hair stylist that knows exactly how to cut to your desired look. My first visit there I had a haircut with a normal stylist but it wasn’t the exact style I was after and I didn’t like it too much, was a bit disappointed. However after re-reading the reviews I gave it a second go with Koji san and my haircut was fabulous! His skills were far more refined.

Highly recommended! I’m absolutely in love with my new haircut and colouring done by Saki, by far the best haircut I’ve had in years, thank you so much. Everyone is so professional and the service was impeccable.

Had a great experience every time. I even take my son (who’s 3) there. They have a great kids room at the book and he can watch a movie while getting his hair cut. Would definitely recommend!

Discovered this place online in search of a Japanese hair salon and had a wonderful experience. I think Suki was the name of my hairdresser. I got a cut, wash and blow-dry, which only cost $55. My hair hadn't been cut in a few months due to COVID, but I stepped out of the salon feeling fresh. My cut was a smidge shorter than I would have liked, but the style was great and the attention to detail and blow-dry were fantastic. This place is a great deal and high quality- will definitely be coming back!

Great salon. I had a cut with Yuki who was efficient and talented. I will be back with them as a regular!
