No appointment, no paperwork, no charge. In and out in 15 min. It is definitely NOT supposed to be so easy. I want to go back again even though I have no need to do so. Impressed to the max

Professional and friendly staff. More importantly they are on time and bulk billed too. Unlike other providers which cram the schedules and wasting your time waiting.

The reception couldn't care less about us. Went and told them that we had an appointment and gave them our referral, then asked to wait. After quite some time, I followed up only to be told that we didn't have an appointment and we went to the wrong place. Meaning we are now late for our session. Saw an older lady that went into tears as she had to go through the same thing (probably in a much more distressed condition) as us. What exactly did they do when we first came in and after looking at the referral? Yes, we went to the wrong Lumus. But can't they tell us there and then instead of wasting our time?

Staff where very helpful & pleasent, makes a big difference when you're in pain & not at your best.

I like the service from here however I'm on a weight loss journey and once I reach my goal would like to spend time with devina! Only time will tell!

Actual procedure was excellently done. However when I tried to contact them by phone to reschedule I waited half and hour before giving up.

The referral from the doctor specifically said to send the report to a particular specialist which they did not do. Even after requesting for a second time with one of the workers they still failed to do so. When I visited the specialist his secretary had to call through and request it. Bunch of clowns but you’ll see that instantly when you see who they’ve employed.

I have been here on numerous occasions and have always had positive experiences, staff are friendly and wait times are short, special mention to Mark who has done ultrasounds for me a few times and has always been super helpful and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I have had, would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been twice for an ultrasound and each time the service was exceptional. Mark was an absolute legend answered all my questions effectively. Highly recommend this place!

I have visited the place 4 times and all my appointments went smoothly. Very happy with the service.

I have been here for an MRI and Xray and both times were very efficient and easy. Staff are very friendly.

Observed Vicki and Karen in reception deal with an elderly gentleman who was struggling with filling forms. They were kind and patient. Lovely to see. A very compassionate and efficient service.

Ultrasound doctor forgot the local anistesia before steriod injection treatment. Very distracted and left me in the room for a long time. I guess he thought he administered already. Fail. And the trearment injection wasn't effective. Lasted 2days then the pain is back worst this. Not recommend this service. Getting another treatment from different doctor this time round.

Efficient Check in at front desk, They were running right on time which in any medical practice is amazing, Ultrasound technician Mark explained in detail exactly what procedure involved. Highly recommended

Horrible receptionist, very rude. English isn’t my mums first language and she was treated with a lot disrespect. Racist old lady and one younger one. Laughing at our faces when my mum did something wrong.

I didn't know of this place till a few weeks ago when I ended up with Appendicitis and every other place in the St George and Sutherland Shire area would not take me in for a urgent Ultrasound to check my appendix. I got knocked back from 6 other places and when this god send place took me in within 20 mins of my call I was glad they did as I ended up with emergency surgery hours later. Ashley (receptionist) is amazing and so helpful and so delightful to speak to. Mark (Ultrasound) was fantastic in organizing all of the reports and scans within 15 mins of the scan and having it all sent to the ED by the time I got there. Cant recommend this place enough. Have gone back several times for other scans since and no disappointment.

I had to get a ultra sound in an intimate area. The whole process went smoothly and I had no problems at all.

The room was tidy and clean.

Kogarah Imaging Centre also practice Covid safety.

Disgusting - wrong diagnoses with an ultrasound! Put me Thru so much trauma! Then went to st George "private" for ultrasound second opinion.nothing wrong with me! Feel like sueing to be honest!
They use useless doctors from st George hospital! These doctors do not care! They are just fill ins! Terrible front desk service!
Needs to be shut down!
Update 16.06.21 - since this service moved premises. I found it better and has improved their services.
