Short version of this review is save yourself a lot of headaches and buy your furniture from a trustworthy business with a good customer service. The sales team in showrooms are great, but as soon as you pay, the trouble starts.
Now the full story for the ones who are into fact checking.
I purchased a dinning table a week ago and they delivered the wrong one to my place. They asked to drop it off and then they will swap. After calling their so called customer service, I received no apologies.not even in words. The lady told me that I will be contacted in 48 hours to schedule the new delivery in 1 to 2 weeks later. After I complained that I can’t keep taking leaves for your business mistakes, the lady said I am sorry but that’s nothing we can do.
Then I requested to cancel the order and asking for a full refund. But after an hour, the staff who made the mistake called me directly and was constantly apologising. She was close to crying and gave me the feeling that her boss put a lot of pressure on her and passed all the blames to her. In the end, because we felt so bad for her and also they offered a quick delivery in 2 days, we agreed to accept the table in one condition and that was if they wrap the table to avoid any damage in transit as the table was sold as is. But when they delivered the table, it wasn’t wrapped at all and it was scratched. And sadly, I was stupid enough to not have those promises in writing.
At the same time with purchasing the above table, we ordered a whole set of sofa and paid the deposit. And of course with this business, the refund is not possible after you put in the deposit and they only offer you store credits which is worthless. I had to pay the full amount to finalise the delivery on 20th and asked for writting that date on my receipt. But believe it or not, right after the business hours they send me an sms that their third party delivery company is going to holidays because of some religious event for 1 week and I need to contact them for rescheduling it and the first available date was 6 July. Please note that the event is a recurring yearly event and it is always in their calendar. They didn’t know that until I paid the amount in full. Isn’t it fantastic?
Long story short, I lost all other furniture store discounts and stock availability because I made a mistake and chose Koalaliving.
After making a scene and going through a lot headache in the store, they offered me 125$ store credit or a refund minus 20$ membership in the invoice. And again this offer was not made by default. It was after a lot of back and forth and headache.
And to be fair, in store staffs were so kind and polite but based on what they said, they were not authorised to take any further actions.
I am sure I need to add to this story because with this poor customer service, it won’t end here.
We had a great experience at koala living shopping. Especially sales executive Miles assist us with patience and has answered all the queries before we made our decision. Really happy with the shopping here and looking forward to many more.

Excellent customer service, Sneha is very kind and thoughtful of customers and was able to assist whenever asked for help, can definitely say she makes customers very comfortable and communication was easy. Store was very clean and tidy and happy with service.
Unfair sales person - we visited Koala living Castle hill on a Friday evening and liked a lounge on floor clearance. We were ready to purchase it, however the sales lady Karma said to come tomorrow as it was a closing time and said she would reserve the lounge for us. We agreed and returned next day (Saturday) to make the payment. She said “someone else wants to buy it, and if that person does not turn up by Sunday afternoon only then she can sell it to us” we found this statement to be ridiculous as we were ready to purchase but she wanted to wait for some person who has not even seen the lounge to buy it.
I found this whole incident very weird and partial. There was a discount and perhaps she wanted to sell it to her friend or family and hence denied a sale to us. Cheaters!
Loads of awesome furniture to suit everyone's needs and likings. I found my coffee table and potentially a dinning table as well.

Answered all our questions and didn’t force us to purchase on the spot. Gave us prices and told us to have a think about it. Would recommend and will purchase in the future.
