They are scammers that dont honour price checks because apparently once you receive the item they wont care about you moving forward.
I mean as long as they make money why would they care
Its only had the items for 1 week iv week and i lost $450 because i didnt know they had a sale

Half price for great products and awesome furniture with great staff service.
Also will add same charge for twice delivery option is amazing where I can add things for later delivery.

Great products, beautiful range as my whole house is from them however a special thank you to SAY TRANSPORT and samar who called a day before to confirm and she was lovely. Hamza and harun went over and beyond in any expectation and giving me the extra help that they didn’t need to.

Pathetic customer service, been there for 30 mins and no one was there to attend. Kindly consider making it online only store so customers won't waste their time coming in.

Finally got the furniture from this store and got lots of compliment for its design. Staff was really kind and guided me throughout.

Koala living has the best product. Customer service is really nice. Binti and Deki gas been great to us.

Was served today by a lovely lady Omega, she helped with suggestions on what furniture andwand mirrors look nice with the sideboard we purchased. Was very kind and gave lovely customer service.was pleased with the service provided today.

WORST SERVICE BY THE AUBURN STORE MANAGER.

She is really rude and she never listen's to customer's request.

Initially we came to auburn store to buy everything for our new house, looking at her behavior and service, we will never come back to koala.will never recommend any one from our side.

Be very careful when purchasing from this place. Worryingly deceitful.

Couch lost its foam only 2-3 years in.

They changed the warranty policy to 12 months after promising 10 year warranty period. They removed all references to the previous warranty period and didn't acknowledge it until I sent them a physical copy which I kept.

After referring to the old warranty, they've not responded and have not actioned my request for repair.

Very unprofessional and unexpected from a company selling goods for this price.

Would definitely come back to this store, the decor and furniture is so beautiful. Staff were lovely
