I have been shopping for furniture for my new home and unfortunately I didn't have the measurements for my house on file and so the staff were able to provide me with a Quote so i can have 2 weeks to check measurements and I won't miss out on their 50% off sale Very Helpful guys

I have been a long term customer and has spent a lot of money in the store.
I visited yesterday day afternoon and the staff were giving a young man a hard time for not having his receipt for items he had purchased.from what I could see the staff knew exactly how much he owed and tried to say it was way more than what he did. I'm sure the correct details of payment is shown on the screen? I must say I'm very disappointed and glad I witnessed this because I will definitely not be shopping at this place again. The staff are shady and will try to rip you off, very very RUDE. I AM SO TURNED OFF AND DISGUSTED!

I'm unsure how the staff are employed there.who ever is responsible for that should be reviewing the staff at this store especially the man that works there. Your company will lose a lot of business.

Not sure if this is a legitimate business or a scam! I wanted to purchase a few items but gave up after their customer service was found to be lacking.

I recently made a purchase at the Koala Living DFO store. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely poor customer service at Homebush.
Staff did not approach at all and turned their heads the other way.
When WE approached them, they acted too casual, did not want to help/did not care and made it extremely difficult to purchase or place an order for an item. The person who 'helped' us did not even get up from his seat. We then called the Auburn store and they were not answering calls for hours until we got through and they were just as unhelpful. WHO IS THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS!? !? !

Excellent customer service and very good quality of item, I am really happy to get dining table, TV stand and 6 chairs.
