Appointment was made, arrived about 10mins early, they came and took car, 40min later the car was back. Well satisfied with the finished article. Will be happy to tell friends.

Bought a new pane of glass for a bedroom window. They were very efficient and were even happy to trim it down when weeks later I came to install it and realised I'd measured too generously. Highly recommend.

The main guy is a top bloke.very knowledgable and good for a chat.

Went to Koala Glass for a windscreen replacement. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and saw me the next day. Half the price of other companies. They replaced the windscreen in under 30 minutes. Cannot recommend more!

Koala Glass replaced glass for a external door and was very competitive with price and offered knowledgeable, friendly service.

Pro: they fixed all problems, everyone was polite Con: they created all the problems.
Failed to show up to first 2 booked installs/communicate the appointments were changed, when they did show up on first install 3 of the 5 glass panes were scratched on install. On second install (to fix the first) not enough rubber seal was placed around the edges and 2 glass panes were loose, coming out of the frame. On third install to fix the previous two the installer had to come back because he noted there were more issues with the first two installs that became apparent once we removed the window frames.

We now have some great looking windows. Thanks Koala Glass.

Still waiting for the quote second time of requesting a quote for a shower screen, they may be too busy to get back to me.

Terrible quality installation. Poor customer service. Shower leaked because silicone wasn't done properly. The frame wasn't level. Waited over a week to get a call back. Never again.
