Dan set us up with a custom lounge, great to deal with and provides plenty of options. Would highly recommend them and their services.

Known for lounges have been excellent. We brought 2 lounges from them which we could fully customise and change with no hassle. Aftersales service has been great as well with all our questions and assistance. We always get compliments when people come over and we can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Dan the Sofa Man at the vineyard store was so great to work with! The customer service & delivery was awesome and now after having the lounge for a couple of months I can confirm it is the most comfortable lounge!

After searching endlessly for couches online with no hope or liking to any of the sofa beds with these other companies.my dad found "known for lounges" because of how high their reviews were. When comparing the couch photos to the others, I just had to rush from my work to come see their store. I came 20 mins closing time and within that time I set the deal in buying a sofa bed The nice young lady had a big knowledge on the couches and all of them looked just as good as the photos.comfy too and on trend, because alot of places have outdated styles they have great fabric choices aswell. Cant wait till it gets delivered

Brought our lounge in 2019 and couldn't be happier. They rushed our order so we would have the lounge when moved into our new home. Any time we've had any issue they have organised someone to come out and fix it.great service and warranty.

Such a beautiful family owned, locally manufactured business. We went in there after having six different friends all purchase lounges from these guys. Needless to say, they did deliver. Through the midst of a global pandemic when their factories were shut, they maintained contact providing us with information in relation to our lounges' ETA. Not only did they remain in touch, they delivered our lounge three weeks early. From top to bottom our lounge is perfection and they have continued to delivery such a high quality of after service, that we have returned to purchase custom cushions and a lounge. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys & the incredible work that they do.

My partner and I purchased a three seater lounge with chase today. The owner and sales lady was lovely to deal with. Even though she was busy, she took the time to assist us and seemed to give great advice. The range is large with a large choice of colours and designs. She also gave us a great price on a good quality lounge which is made in Australia. The larger sellers in McGrath's Hill and Castle Hill are too busy to provide an equivalent service. This place is highly recommended. Support local made products by a family owned business.
