Such an easy experience with reassurance and help from staff over the phone. Great customer service. Relatively cheap for the market but lovely quality rugs. Even got a free handwoven door mat- and got to choose the design.

We have just received our kilim and are very happy with it and with the overall process of the purchase. We struggled to find a kilim large enough (roughly 2x3m) anywhere else that wasn't way out of our budget. The price was great, especially with free shipping, so much so that I was anxious that the kilim would be very thin and not have the quality feel we were hoping for, this was not the case, it's as the website represents it and feels great. Shipping took a while for us but we live quite rural so no great surprise and it was given to the courier the morning after our late night purchase, just something to be aware of if you aren't in a city as I assume most reviewers are. We're very happy with the product and service and will be recommending Knot n Co to friends.
