Thank you Karen for your interactions, counselling and discussions with my daughter. Your activities, projects and most importantly the way you listen to her has supported her growth and ability to share her feelings… you and my daughter have traveled a bumpy road from her being closed, angry and negative… slowly but surely her confidence has grown and she practices your suggested ideas with putting thought and feelings into a jar… this is something she related to and is dedicated to doing… thank you so much for everything you have done to help… Karen you are amazing at what you do.

I came to Karen right after the end of a 10-year relationship. Her help really saved my sanity. Karen gave me all the tools I needed to continue with my life. She’s caring and professional – the strategies she provided opened a world of opportunities and optimism. She was amazing – I wouldn’t trust my mental health to anyone else.
