I came in on Saturday morning and Jordan got me to my product and out the store fast and with a smile under his mask

Very easy to find great things and so happy
I don't get lost there great service and size for me and my friends twice a week who gives me support

Instead of having your staff members standing around and doing nothing, put them on the register, absolutely no one on the register and staff just expecting everyone to Self check out, I had to say something to get a staff member to serve myself on the register

A young man by the name of Oliver his last name was something like Daw something, he was rather helpful in helping me find my desired product. These old eyes often miss a lot and with Oliver's help I could get my desired product. I was very pleased with his welcoming service, he is to be commended for his generosity.

Normally- this store is my local go-to. I had a terrible experience last week. Attempted to return a Canon printer and out came “Venga” to give me a dressing down, for not reading that the printer was not wi-fi, and a further dressing that I had opened the print cartridges. I started to explain some of the background and he cut in with “I really don’t care”. I went to another Kmart the following day, returning the printer without drama or fuss.

Well they say on their clothes charts they sell up to 7xl no once have I seen any and I have to travel all way to big W to get my size where I'm 24 to 26 and yet they mainly have size 8 Clothes and let be honest after all this covid stuff and lock down no one a size 8 unless they sick or have a eatting disorder and they have no idea when they getting their items in

The lady working at the front entrance today at 1.30pm, short hair and glasses needs re-evaluation and training in customer service, on more than one occasion visiting your store she will let other people walk out without checking their receipts but will always stop my partner and I because we have tattoos and demand to see our receipt, This comes off to me as discrimination.

Today as we were walking out, she was talking to her colleagues and as we walked by she ran over and demanded to check my receipt, her tone of voice and mannerisms are appauling and this is becoming borderline harassment. After I showed her the receipt in my hand, She demanded to look at every item on my receipt, I let her know she would need legal grounds on suspicion that I have stolen something to to individually check every item on my receipt and after she quickly changed her tune.

Last time my partner went to the store she stopped her and checked every single item on her receipt that it was in the trolley, this is a gross misuse of her role and authority, she needs reasonable grounds of suspicion to search somebody like that and police need to be notified.

I hope this finds the right person because I don't like being degraded and targeted every time I go shopping.

Would have to be the best supermarket with the best variety and selection of products in the area. Friendly helpful staff too.

It's not the best Kmart on the coast. But it's atleast 2nd or 3rd. It is what it is. It's gotta be the OG big Kmart around here. So it's got history behind it for sure.

A great medium sized centre that caters for all your everyday needs through a variety of large grocery and small to medium enterprises. Clean, spacious, easy access and ample parking.

Extremely poor service for click and collect today. Waited a very long time for my item to be brought to the front. It shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to retrieve an order.

Don't bother ringing. Despite the options noone answers even after ringing 5 times and trying 5 different options. Only 1 answer and although she sounded sweet couldn't help. She transferred my call to service desk and guess what? No answer! Had to drive in to store to find out they didn't have what I needed!

During lockdown they were very helpful, we did click and collect and the staff were considerate and friendly even under new lockdown conditions. Recommend!

The usual Kmart value, in a mall, with lots of shopping, including both of the major supermarkets.

Feel sorry for the nice guy you got working all those cash register's and people and stuff ups poor guy get him some help

Haven't been there before, everything was in the same position as other stores. It was quite easy to navigate and find what l was looking for
