So bad the workers kept on talking on the phone and won’t answer me I will not recommend this Kmart I wish target was there not Kmart

Today Customer Service didn't let us buy the Book Cat Kid Comic Club: Influencers by Dav Pilkey there was a whole row of it, and the price even said the name of the book on the shelves why put it on the shelves when it’s legally not able to be bought!? And even on the online shops, it says it’s available, even though it is not legally to be bought!

I am a busy mom and i gladly had to make time to write this. Today i was at this store and i was served by Mimi at the check out
What amazing customer service she gave me
I had my baby with me and she was helpful and patience.
She packed my plates properly so they wouldn't break.
It might seem like not much but she did it well and fast and i needed it that
She truly does her job properly
Been too kmart so many times in the past and never wrote a review before.

I came in on 12/07/2023 around 9pm where we encounter an older lady kmart worker (short/medium brownish orange hair), who was following us around while we were doing some shopping and wasting some time like you would do in any kmart.

While checking out with two different transaction the older lady came towards us accusing we stole an item, she checked the receipt and asked another employee to do so as well and “apparently” couldnt see the item. Making us look bad in front of other customer, mind you she didn’t ask any body else. She was also talking down to us like we were dumb and that she “caught” us.

Until we checked the receipt and showed her that it was actually on it, she reluctantly said sorry and quickly walked away. The other worker was also quick to apologise but they weren’t able to check the receipt properly before accusing someone of stealing? I work at the centre for a while now and I understand customer service very well, we were very understanding, we weren’t rude but i felt very uncomfortable and targeted.

Talked to manager, she was lovely but i wasn’t able to get the name of the older lady, and apparently this older lady had done this before on other occasions.

Terrible customer service, I was stared down upon my arrival, when I wanted too try something on the worker gave me a rude look, whenever I come in I get looks and get followed around.terrible service by sara.r shes horrendous too be served by, she’s got an attitude and slacks off, honestly she should be fired, however management is just neglectful of their workers.

So me and my friend got banned from Kmart because he was dribbling a ball because he was gonna buy one he also got accused for stealing even tho he didn’t

Whoever was working on the self-service checkout on the 22/01/2023 around 10am-11am was not even doing her job.multiple checkouts was available but because it was so packed no one could see and the line just kept getting longer.i looked around and noticed that she was just talking to her colleague.

Check prices. I was pulled in by the sign because I’ve paid $2 for sets like that several times. Something made me check at a price check station and it turned out this wasn’t $2 at all but still $13. I would have paid $13, had I not checked before. Careful you’re not paying the old price at the tills. Otherwise, it’s a Kmart…

Not happy, looked at the Kmart website to see when they shut 10pm, got here around 9: 20 and they are shut, change your times on your website

Last week on a weekday at nighttime there was a young girl manager who was unspeakably rude. My 8 year old gained the confidence to ask for help with an item she was so excited for that we were told was in stock by a different Kmart and this manager gave so much attitude to a CHILD for no reason. My daughter was so upset she cried when we left the store. Will not recommend getting assistance from her. Go on a weekend to avoid her. Disgusting behaviour. Kmart should employ a better manager.

Called the store phone, an old asian lady picked up and was very attentive to my needs. Great service fron her

A lady staff at toy section was so rude with my daughter. She did not like my kid try to play any toy before buy it.

Well it's a Kmart store. The real question is why are you reading this? I guess it's because you've either never been to a Kmart store before (which is really unlikely - let's be honest). Or you are really bored. I’m thinking the later is the case with you. Don't get me wrong, I understand. I totally get it. After all I am writing this review.

So yer. It's a Kmart store. Much like every other Kmart store you've ever been to.

Very helpful staff, very informative, I had a couple of returns before lockdown and they assured me they could be sorted out after lockdown.
I did a click and collect and all items on my order where available, only 1 thing was a little scratched.
I needed an item that was advised by the store it was available but could not place it in my click and collect order. No fault of them, maybe something that could improve with the online system?
All in all a great experience.

Lady at the self service checkout, 12th June (afternoon shift), was very rude to customers! Shouldn't be working a customer service job with that kind of attitude!

Walked in, took one look at the menu, and walked out. Way too classy for me. I'm a simple guy. I'm not one to care if the lettuce was grown under a harvest moon using the richest soil. This place has nice decor, and the prices match. I'm sure it's nice.

Didn't pick up any girlfriend so what can I say.

I like K Mart for affordable goods but I do not like the check out in the middle of the store. It is inconveniently located and would be much better at the exit.

Good place to shop l shop here on and off each year for clothes, electrical goods etc.and at Christmas too for gifts. Parking never seems to be a problem either.

RUDE SERVICE. Had my mother go there to refund something and received a disgusting service from a lady until we spoke to the manager and helped us out which he did but the same lady that gave us the store credit left the receipt on the counter and just left without giving it to my mother until someone else arrived and told my mother here’s your receipt. I spoke to her on the phone and she was just screaming and be rude on the phone. I’ve complained about this to Kmart Head Office.

Unacceptable at all.
Only the manger was been professional by his service. Thanks to the manger.
