I booked for a basic service plus to check my old van, especially the clutch which were going wild at the time. Glad I did, since they were issues with the transmission.
Everything was explained to me transparently. Needed new parts so my van was stuck for a week but after.it was like driving a new car (what a great feeling). And for this kind of repair, the price was so cheap that I hardly believed it. Thanks guys again for your friendly customer service, you are great. Don't change, I'll definitely go back here.

Today Liam from My Car Woy Woy carried out on hoist inspection of steering arms on my Honda CRV, he explained clearly & thoroughly plus also showed me the evidence what he was describing whilst the car on hoist because i asked.

I could hear Liam was being honest and trustworthy and respectful as a woman and felt i could Trust this Mechanic in the future to carry out work on my car confidently.

My interactions with Lachlan and the team at mycar Woy Woy have been open, honest, efficient and just downright bloody good. I was shown the damaged car part & why it needed to be replaced. The team showed respect & care for my well loved 19 year old Subaru Liberty & the team went out of their way to investigate issues, alert me to anything that should be addressed even if it was something they weren't able to do. Best of all I didn't feel overcharged or "manspained" so mycar Woy Woy will continue to be my go-to mechanics. As an added bonus their garage singing is very entertaining

Blew a tyre, Spoke with Nick, got it sorted, half
an hour. What a legend. Awesome customer service, complete natural and, to top it off, it was free of charge due to their awesome fixing stuff policy. Couldn't get better than this. Get in ya champ!
