Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Shellharbour

Popped into Mycar Shellharbour today totally unexpected and I was greeted by friendly staff that were only to happy to help me with my blown headlights on the spot no wait time no hassles thanks guys

A big belated thank you to the guys at My Car Shellharbour for helping me out with working out why the hell my “new” (second hand) car was flashing notifications on the display. It kept telling me I needed Tyre maintenance and I couldn’t find any issues, popped in late in the day, the guys checked my Tyres and any other issues that could be causing the issue, sorted the problem at no cost as it was a computer setting!
Lovely team of guys, thanks again, will definitely use them for any future issues or services.

I've been using their service since the start of the year. They take reasonable time to finish the job. The bounce is they are open on Saturday.

I showed up unannounced on a hot Saturday afternoon with a newly discovered punctured/flat and bald tyre. Norm (and the team) handled the unfortunate problem I presented to him very professionally and replaced them for me on the spot. All around great experience, I will be back for all my tyre needs. Amazing service, I didn't have a booking but the team was happy to take my punctured Tyre and fix it when they could, which ended up being same day ️ and fitting it back on to my car. No troubles or problems at all. Thank you

When I arrived a gentleman practically ran to open the door.for me as I have my son in the pram. Following on with great assistance. They didn't have my tyres in stock but assured me they could get them same day and still change them in time. Easiest process to finish with. Got a text and was able to pay before I even got back to the shop. Even placed my flybys points on afterwards. Thank you so much

If you're a woman who is unlucky enough to be served by a disinterested guy with salt and pepper hair at 11.15am Wednesday 20th April, who talked the shop out of a $1600 tyre sale (tried about 4 excuses as to why it was going to be too hard to order in and wasn't worth my time, and to just go to the other shop, oh and kept trying to steer my away from the ones I needed because they were "too noisy" and I should go "something cheaper"). Keep your money and go to a locally owned and ran tyre shop who actually want your business. You'll be much better for it.

Very accommodating, offering a good variety of price in tyres. Easy online booking as well making it an efficient way to look after your vehicle.

Great service, very efficient and not expensive. Arrived end of day without notice cause of a deflating tyre due to a nail and left 20 min later with a permanent repair.
