Kmart Tyre & Auto Service / mycar Macquarie Centre

I have just started servicing all my vehicles at My Car Macquarie. I have followed the service manager Rob Ciampi across from his previous workshops and would not trust anyone else with my cars. Once again he has shown his excellence in the way he runs his shop. Thanks Rob and rest of the My Car Team.

My partner and I we’re quite stressed out about our car, and the costs of an unfortunate tyre incident, not only did Aaron, calm our nerves, but also, did not take advantage of the situation… he gave us the best cost effective solution, that was also the safest option. (Thanks for continuing to build my trust in MyCar and your services, as I was only trusting Vic from Marrickville)

Very disappointed at my last contact with mycar in Macquarie. After having our 3 cars serviced by Mycar for 10+ years, I have had to move my business elsewhere. The new owners (I can only assume its under new ownership/management as I cannot see any of the previous staff that I used to deal with for several years) blatantly disregard commitment to time, and did not complete the repair agreed upon (a small part replacement), and made me return 2 days in a row as they had ordered the wrong part, 2 times!). Appeared to have no insight into the inconvenience caused, no apology offered. I had to miss work for two consecutive days, trying to get my car back. Finally got it back, with the work not done. I will not return, have found another auto service/repairer.

We have four tyres replaced in MyCar when they got a promotion. A couple of months later, we bumped into the kerb and one tyre needed to be replaced. We are so happy that the tyre was replaced free under the "Free Tyre Care Plan. We also have the wheel alignment done at that time. Lately, we found out that the steering wheel is not straight, MyCar then checked it out for us and did the alignment FREE. Woo, we are so impressed by their friendly and professional service. The mycar slogan " We don't just look after cars, we look after the people who drive them" didn't seem to apply to me today! I was stuffed around unapologetically with time, and they were quite ok for me to drive off unhappy without the work having even started at the agreed time of pick up. I had to resolve the issue and facilitate its resolution! - they didn't care either way, which makes me wonder how much they care about my car.
I certainly won't be going back - Way too expensive for what you get, and uncaring customer service.

Overbooked and understaffed. Was told changing my tyres could take anywhere between 1 hour and 4 hours. Total disrespect of customer's time.

My VW Polo developed a quite concerning suspension sound over the weekend. The MyCar team were able to see my car in no time and identify the issue (a simple fix fortunately)! It was a great and friendly experience. I’ve been meaning to move my regular service away from the dealership and I think I’ve found my place!

A huge shout out to Aaron for his impeccable service today. After an unexpected puncture occurred, Aaron was able to fit me in same day to have this repaired.
Aaron was able to liaise with my fleet company to make arrangements outside of my initial needs and had the job done within the expected time frame. Little things like coming in front of the counter to give me directions to exit safely from the premises make all the difference and he obviously knows how to add value to a customer experience.

What fantastic, friendly service! I woke on a busy Saturday morning to a flat tyre, and showed up at mycar Macquarie with no warning. The guys were friendly, helpful, and so efficient. I went for a coffee, 45mins later they called and I was off on my way by 9am. They did what was needed, not what brought in the most $$ for them. So grateful, you guys saved my weekend! Thank you.
