I had an urgent tyre change and Vince’s team sorted it out in under 2 hours. Pretty exceptional as Jax couldn’t help this time and as it’s an electric vehicle, that requires expertise. Thanks Guys

Vic - the so- called manager is The worst! Rude, mannerless, Disrespectful.
Took an appointment & booked just for car service on Saturday? Vic called up to say tyres needed to be replaced- TWO of them! Trusted the old man & gave go ahead.
Monday on way to Newcastle Uni on motor way Tyre busted! Imagine brand new tyre less than 24 of No use busted! Tooo scary, stuck on M4 on a rainy morning day!
Put in some absolutely cheap tyres.
And guess what the Bill/ receipt / docket is absolutely Dodgy!
DONT EVER EVER go there if you care for your Life and Car Safety!
Bad experience will Never go there and will NOT recommend to anyone either?

I’m so grateful for the service I received from Vic and his team after some frustrating experiences with previous mechanics. I truely feel looked after and have found a trustworthy, attentive mechanic. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service I have received.

1st Review 2021: Just had a broken bulb fixed by amazing young man at MyCar on 23/10/2020. He was very kind and warm and talked us through the problem and fix! Gave me some excellent tips on passing my driver's test:) I couldn't recommend this place more!

The team are incredibly efficient and super accommodating. After an impromptu visit to the store with a
flat my tyre was punctured by a nail while i was grocery shopping, the team took care of the repair. Despite being incredibly busy, the team turned my repair around in 1.5 hours and even finished the job on the house, as I was a previous customer. HUGE thank you to Vic and the team for saving the day!

Fantastic store manager and staff who went over and beyond in efforts to correct the call centre's lack of follow-up which resulted in a missed delivery of tyres. I'm grateful to Vic, Mark and George who helped by expediting the delivery and quick installation of tyres when the tyres were delivered. A couple of days later, the store also provided a rego check service in an efficient and comprehensive manner. Thank you Mycar Marrickville Metro.

MyCar helped me out with a last minute rego check when I returned from holidays the day it expired!

Went there today my son was going for his license when he went to go the instructor told him brake light was not working he was told he had 10 minutes to get it fixed or couldn’t go for his license so we go to mycar and I explain to the man he stopped what he was doing fixed it then told us to pay after the test cos we was in a rush after the test my son went in to pay him he said don’t worry about it it’s on the house

Had a nail in my tyre, phoned my car Marrickville who encouraged me to come in the next day. When I got to my car, I realised I had a second tyre with a nail in it. They took the keys and had both tyres repaired and back on in 40 minutes. Incredible service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Vick at Marrickville mycar was fantastic. Our car ended up having an issue that simply wasn't economical to fix. He told us this, clearly laid out our options and never tried to make us do something simply for the sake of making him money. When we eventually decided not to do anything he was very understanding. Honestly such a great guy!

I had an urgent issue with a hyundai i20. Explained the problem. Was told to bring it in at a time to suit me. I was greeted with friendly and professional experts who listened, and assisted me. Was told to wait 1 hour. Received text to say job done, in 45 minutes. Handed comprehensive job sheet, of work performed. 10/10 my car Tyre and Auto Marrickville. Very happy.

The owner/manager/franchisee refused to change the oil in my car. He requested that I pay for a full service or nothing at all. This middle aged short guy should be locked up in Long Bay Jail!

I’ve been looking for a local car service place and I’m glad I stopped at mycar Marrickville. I’ve been there twice now, and both times the service has been quick, professional and top class. No wait times, no unnecessary expenses, very trustworthy! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, just a rego check but will definitely be back at some stage for a proper service
