I went in looking for birthday cards and Erin was very helpful and willing to help me find the perfect card. She is the perfect example of how customer service should be

Good variety of items
But when you call to ask a question you just get hung up on or get an attitude if the phone is answered.

Great range, good sized store & easy to get around. Plenty of parking in the centre and lots of other shops around too.

Great shopping. Good prices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Kmart always has a great sale. Especially with the clothing great both in the men and women's section

Not elderly friendly. Too far to walk from car park to store for older people and others with children

Is about the cheapest place to buy stuff but where you go the checkout is crazy, the front of the store was better

Needs checout to be better and more centray placed.
The other service centres such as lay by are well placed but its an exercise getting into checkout.
It's the old supermarket trick to walk you past as much temptation for kids.
Buy this isn't a great kids area.
Having in.lockdown to online order isso much better

Fast fashion with no ethical supply chain monitoring. This company has some produce worth purchasing but the cheap prices are because of low to no wages in asian/Indian countries. Also the high profits This company makes are not being transferred to the sweatshop workers.

Kmart Toormina is a great place to find anything you need for home and family. They have great homewares and appliances as well clothing. I have never been disappointed with this store.

At the check out one of the staff was helping an elderly lady with her purchase as he walked away she asked him another question he looked at his co worker and groaned because she was asking him more questions he is in "customer service" I told him not to be so rude. He was obviously born knowing everything about everything. Show a bit of respect for older people they helped make this country great so you can be a pratt. This was Friday 25th between 2.30 and 3.30.

Staff are very helpful. Most merchandise I saw well priced, for example Canon Printer was $20 cheaper than one the same at the Post Office. Great variety and appears lots more stock than last visit.

Extremely disappointed. Found a blender on shelf that I wanted to buy, but the box had been opened, so I asked a staff member about this and he said it was the only one left in store but If I wanted to still purchase it he was very sure that If I spoke to someone at the registers I would get a discount. Once at the checkout I then had to stand there and wait while staff members decided that customers weren't that important & just kept talking to each other instead of doing what they actually get paid for. When I finally did get service I explained my open box situation and the girl then rang through to see about a discount for which she told the person on the other end of the phone that all was in the box so I could only get a $2 discount. I made the purchase and the left the store only to get home and later find out that in fact there was no instruction at all in the box on how to use the blender. Customer Service at checkouts needs to be addressed and some staff need to be reminded that they are there to work not stand at checkouts chatting to each other.

Not impressed with variety of clothing. Trying to find boys and girls undies on the one rack stupid idea

Serving tray I bought fell out of box and landed square on my big toe. At selfserve. Everyone laughed. Got asked if I needed a ice pack. All good I said. Nothing more. Broken toe. They continued laughing. Haha. Experience not good.

Kmart Toormina is overall not a bad store. The customer service is not exceptional however gets the job done. The store usually has everything you need in stock and is quite a clean store. Kmart Toormina is a great stop to cater for many of your everyday needs.

Returned a queen fitted sheet to the service counter 9.3.2019 told no problem we will refund it on to the ATM card used to purchase. For whatever reason it didn't work and I am out of pocket $20
Unacceptable

Kmart Toormina is bright and well set out with friendly staff. All one could want in homeward is at Kmart

Quiet day, heaps of staff near the front not doing much. That said the place was stocked and tidy. Rarely get staff ask if I need assistance. What I like in this type of store (cheap, in and out).

I absolutely hate the fact that they think they can check everyone’s bag of contents every single time you leave. I was just at the register, it’s very annoying and offensive really.find a better solution. I will not be going back.
