Kmart Sylvania

I would give zero start. The old guy standing at the entrance named Andrew, someone please teach him how to speak to customer or fire him straight way. I asked him something twice, he was rude and angry. He is there to help the customer thats what he is getting paid for. Such a mannerless and rude persom

Sylvania Kmart at the busiest time of year has only self serve registers. Where is the service? The poor staff member who needs eyes in the back of her head to watch all six self serve check outs did her best but she was run off her feet. People just seem unhappy to be there and there was absolutely zero Christmas spirit of the type you used to get when actual real life people served you. Shame on you Kmart.

Spoke with a customer service memeber, named Andrew regarding a click and collect order, wanting to know how the outstanding items will be collected/sent, or if I could collect from another nearby store as the website showed those items in stock. Andrew was of absolutely no assistance and rather sounded like he was reading a script. My order is through the Sylvania branch but his recommendation was to contact those near by stores to get an update on those items. No solution to my outstanding items was provided from the Sylvania branch, despite my order being through the Sylvania branch.

Has everything you need, prices super good. Something for everyone. I could rave on about Kmart forever. I'd say majority of people go there. Easy parking, undercover too.
Caters to all needs. Toys, clothing for all types of people, , baby clothing,
Household goods, fishing stuff, bikes, furniture & furnishings, chocolates, all types of lollies.the list is huge of what they carry.

Cool Kmart store that is open 24/7.

It is a clean and large store. Plenty of parking too with friendly customer service.

24 hour KMART with 3 departments closed for cleaning yet no one was cleaning. No staff to assist just the rude security guard watching the empty self serve registers.

It is quite handy to us and very well sign posted inside. So it's easy to walk in and find what you want.

No one was serving, self checkouts only open. I had far too much to fit on the little weighing machine. The attendant was sulky and unhelpful. Eventually my stuff spilled all over the floor, and there was no way I could stack it.
This is just the worst in a long line of poor service in this store.

Kmart is my go to place for everything!
There prices are soo good I usually buy a whole trolley load of things.

Love there baby clothes section and toy section helps soo much with Christmas and birthdays.
I will be using kmart for a very long time

Convenient, 24/7 which is handy. Great for most items but regularly don't have enough stock or sizes. Womens clothes are very average lack variety these days. Minimal staff if help required.

24/7 just can't fault it and can't go wrong. Ups to the team for running a difficult gig of manning a 24 hr operation

Usually a good place to shop but the things I wanted this trip were not in stock. I think they are still having problems getting stock from overseas.

I love kmart, there's always something there that I didn't know I needed. The customer service is (usually) spectacular. You won't always find exactly what you're looking for so you should hope that you can creative if you don't want to wait a while the shelves to be restocked.

Why are registers not maned. I always need service when using self serve machines.very slow exiting as there were not check out people

Always buy my t shirts and singlet tops and underwear.great price and they wear well. Helpful staff, easy to get around. No nonsense value

I find it very good & relaxed as itz 24hrs & at n8 time thr very much few people which is good to avoide rush.

Great Kmart. Above roof or underground parking is awesome! Everything you need for a few dollars.but you always leave spending more then you’d like to admit!
24hr service and attentive good staff.

Empty shelves, dirty floors, water stained roof and roof tiles missing. Looks like it's old and tired and needs a renovation. Stopped in on my way past, didn't have anything in stocked I needed. Am leaving and going to another Kmart.

Very rude sales lady, I understand its late. If you don't like working late then don't work and don't take it out on your customer. Very poor customer service! Way to end my night.

Had the Mirabella Motion Sensor, reason I want to return it because the battery doesn't last long. The lady didn't accept the mirabella because its been opened. Fair enough, she said try from the store I purchased it from. But really it felt like she just couldn't be bothered to do her job.

Second item was a fabric tape (this item doesn't do what its supposed to do, it does not stick on any fabric. So naturally you would return it). She successfully processed the refund then as I walked away she said I can't return the item because I've used it and she had to call her manager, her manager said its okay they'll accept it this time. Yes I tried to use it and discovered that the product does not do what it's supposed to do so therefore I want my money back. She then said what I done was a fraud. Lady it was not a fraud because you never asked or inspected the product before processing the refund, that item is what's a fraud, because it didn't do what it was advertised to do. Oh yeah there was more to it but I'll leave it at that.
