Kmart Salamander Bay

I hate going to Kmart now the Pay counters are in the middle of the store.you get checked walking out the front doors.put the checkouts back at the entrance.stop.making us feel like we stole things!

Great place to shop. Lots of things to look at and store seemed fully stocked in all departments

Great Kmart store and got three pairs of men's sleep pants for $2 each and i got a men's hoodie for $5. A nice clean and tidy Kmart Store

It's a Kmart. Although the skinny brunette girl in the self check yesterday afternoon was doing an excellent job monitoring transactions and immediately rectified transaction problems while keeping a good eye on everything going on around her. If this is the normal behaviour of this employee I would consider them a huge asset to customer service, security and loss prevention.

Staff very helpful and polite.
Also asked about good local resterants and were also very helpful and correct on information

The rudest manager i have ever met. Needs to be trained in ZIP payments, since it advertised that they accept payments in this store. Less embarrassing for customers.

Love all the new products coming into Kmart now. I had no problem purchasing everything I was looking for. Thanks for all the help at the register too.

Smaller store than usual that will accommodate most of your needs, the manager needs to place more team members on the roster for store cleanliness.

Staff were great, but when the stock is not on shelves and the delivery isn't for weeks, it's extremely disappointing

Typical k mart store in a major shopping centre. The store is kept clean and tidy and is popular amongst visitors and tourists in the vacation periods. Free parking is available all year round outside the shopping centre. Dining and takeaway are available near the k mart entrance.

Click and collect lady Margaret very rude. Did not greet me just said scan in when I was already doing it then say number I started giving my phone number she said doesn't start with a 8 I need it to number, I replied oh order number and told her. She said name so I told her. She went and got my parcel and said next.

Product priced well but quality average. Thank goodness they offer returns but this isn't good customer experience as it costs time and money in repeat visits. Staff courteous.

I find I never have enough time in Kmart! Whether it be variety, new stock, sales or staff with ideas and helpfully tips pointing you in the right direction, always leaving the store with

"the product I want
and more
always spending less"

So I'll be back!

Kmart always has great bargains all round. Caught some specials on slides and outfits.

Sad to rate a store like this, but the staff were rude. I understand why the shelves were not stocked fully given the present situation, but to be told you must use the self service when there was staff at the serviced checkouts will not work. And yes, I was the one who unpacked my trolley and left my goods for the staff to put away. My gripe is that there was a staff member standing at the checkout and she told me I had to use the self checkout. I hope she will be the one yo lose her job when customers all serve themselves.
This is poor management from Kmart.

Clearance sales everywhere! A kmart shoppers dream! We went here to get floaties for our swimming pool! Every thing was on clearance! Cheering!

Don't like the store layout, narrow walkways that force people to be competing for space. The checkouts being in the middle of the store is stupid too.

Pretty good. Nice, efficient check out lady. I would have liked to have seen more people assisting on the floor. It was busy.

Great store, tidy and well looked after unlike some of the Kmart stores in Sydney. Has the same range you'd expect from a Kmart, not reduced because it's outside a main metro area. Located in shopping centre with lots of easy parking. Only issue is you get sucked into the Kmart vortex and spend more money than you planned!

Recently updated, I personally don't like the changes, you can never find anyone to help you, I suppose there is nothing new there, but I do like most of the new merchandise they are stocking.
