41This store never has anything in stock. It's says on the website it's in stock when it's not. The staff are not helpful and don't seem to care. She even told me that the items could be anywhere in the store and they dont know where it is. Never going back!
The 1 star reviews are so right, this is the worst kmart in Sydney. The Caucasian lady at the self serve area was so rude yesterday. She rolled her eyes at us because when she called us over to a counter register, she explain anything or serve us. How are we supposed to know you've converted the counter registers all to self-serve? If you call me over, I assume you are serving me. So don't roll your eyes at me, go and learn some basic customer service skills and communicate!
This kmart sucks. Nothings ever in stock, no one ever answers the phone and staff are rude. Wouldn't bother going here at all.
I came on Thursday night, It was quiet busy and there wasn't a-lot of staff around. I had went to pay at the self check outs and as I was scanning my items, the machine required assistance. A tall young staff member called Jessica assisted me with the issue. She offered to take the coat hangers, as I had left on the side, to put in the bin. She asked if I had required anything else with respect and curiosity. I would be shopping here again!
The put the item on the wrong price at the aisle. I was shocked when i'm about to pay the item in the aisle says $3 when i'm bout to pay it says $14.
I'm wasting my time in there
They don't put the large prints in tubes, so they get creased. Tried two times. Not bothered with Kmart photo printing anymore.
K-Mart one the Biggest Australian Departmental store having multiple appliances and a big variety of products for household items.
Very fair in price and good in quality, I suggest everyone buy from there.
The Amazing Hulk is that they’ve a variety of portable goods that are easy to move from here to there. Products for everyone from “Child to Old Wild, even for between and while” ….

More than rubbish, no bags, no service, staff super rude and swearing at the customers, manager take him 15mnts to come to take my complain.
Never a good shopping experience. No staff available to help find what you need and never have bags at registers.
30 mins waiting to be served for a click and collect, asked a person in the floor "stephanie" if a store mrg or assistant mrg could be called to do something about the que. She said she would, i watched her walk out the back doors but No one came. 1 person seriving on the desk, she looked stressed the poor thing.
This is the worst Kmart I have been in, there are no trollies, no bags, only self-service, I feel sorry for the poor girl at the self-service she was doing her best to keep people calm as I know I was not the only 1 getting annoyed she would have been so embarrassed working for a store that can not even keep up a trolley run let alone shopping bags. This store is messy and organised, as far as I could see a very poorly run store.

Get your act together and hire more mature staff like Marrickville Kmart the store is impeccable and there is always someone to assist!

3 weeks in a row gone to buy something advertised which was out of stock. Wish they had not got rid of Target.
Finally after 2 years I live in Lakemba, i bought my luggage here. I really love the lay out and happy because i find the big size joggers for my husband.
Went in this morning to get some photos printed from my USB, have never done it before but the lady at the desk was so helpful, she showed me how it was done all the way to the last step. The lady was very nice and polite to me and I appreciated all her help, even said to get her if I want to do a collage of the photos but I did work it out myself. So happy with the service and the very happy nice man at the door always greats me with a smile and says hello, you cant get better then than that. Thank you to the staff for making my day. I would recommend this store.:)
So tired of ordering online (Roseland KMart) with items IN STOCK or the new one to be delivered to the store in 24 hours ONLY for items to be cancelled and refunded each and every time.
Very very annoying - it would be great if items were in stock or actually delivered!
As for phoning them - you have a better chance of contacting the dead.
Perhaps management can use a bit of common sense with the lack of bags available for customers. The excuse of 'no bags available' isn't sufficient for a massive company like Kmart. There are other stores that have rubbish bags they purchase from hot dollar stores or Woolworths/Coles and/or are using boxes they have to hand out to customers so we can use them for our many items purchased. Then you have the person at the door asking if they can check receipts for items you're carrying out with no bag. Get yourselves organised Kmart Roselands.
The worst Kmart I have been in. Terrible customer service. Staff were more interested in talking on their phone. Not interested in helping customers. Absolutely dreadful service or lack of!
I had an incident at Roselands K-Mart on Thursday 14th October 21 at 9.25am and the manager attended the self-serv check out area and literally ridiculed and embarrassed me in front of the staff and customers around me trying to assert her authority to me and obviously getting pleasure from it, I'm ashamed as a customer of Kmart that this actually happened to me, Zenia the manager needs to do a refresher course on how to handle customers, I'd let Head Office know about the incident but as usual even they have decided to whitewash the incident and put their heads in the ground like Ostriches, Go K-Mart.
