Kmart Parramatta

Today's experience at Kmart Parramatta was great. Found stuff I needed.
I wad served by amazing team member Mahek, she was very helpful and kind.
Very surprising and sad to see her alone on checkouts, but she was patient and managing very well.

Always understaffed and shelves are empty. What is the point of click and collect if you have to wait 20mins in the queue. Only 1 person at the service desk.

Don't understand the check out in the middle of the store, always a massive line and unfriendly staff

The staff is ridiculous! Very bad customer service atitude less customer service! Overall very bad experience! If there is option for zero star rating I might give zero! Don't go guys!

Pooooooor customer service (specially one old lady at checkout, she's very Rude) she is shouting at customers like you don't know how to scan when system asks for assistance.instead of this using Bigw is 200%better.

It's big. Signs not very clear and is a struggle if is first visit. The trolleys are never available. But you get almost all house stuff

In love with Kmart. Someone once said.you dont prepare a list and then go to kmart, you go to kmart and then let it tell you what you need haha. To be honest, kmart parramatta usually has all the stuff in stock and its rare if you cant find anything.the staff is nice too

Over the years staff have been helpful on the whole, & the selection & prices of items good, as well as the layout for locating things. The hours open are also good to know. Thanks.

Bring back cash registers! The self service in the centre of the store is awful and leads to theft. Watched someone walk in and then out with a microwave on their shoulder one day.

Great value of items, happy for the quality of the product with the cheap cost! I was using gift card, and the cashier looked reluctant. He aggressively tried to scan and wasn't even sure of the total amount of my items. It worked out in the end but left an unpleasant feeling. They check your receipt before leaving the store, which is fine and understandable; but also a sign of distrust to customers, especially compared to other Australian stores.

Very well Organised sections.
I love the home and bed section of Kmart.this store in Parramatta has more variety than the other nearby stores.
Store is very clean and tidy.
All the stuff is on the shelves and falling down to look messy.
The way its Organised is very impressive. If i compare the other near by KMart then i would say, Parramatta one is better.

Loved it! First time in this store and I even managed to get a pair of winter slippers for at home for just $2 on sale

I don't have good experiences shopping at this kmart sometimes, some workers are not friendly. But, the young boy Michael at customer service desk was great for what help I needed, very good with my photos and finding frames. Was nice and will come back again, very happy.

Clean and covid safe friendly staff to help and a variety of products even thier own brand anko are good products. Layby aswell

Well organised sections and friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes you might find what you are looking for, but that's alright you'll end up buying something else instead that's Kmart for you

Kmart is a awesome shop for cheap things. It always has variety and things that are different. I have one huge gripe. Who ever does their ordering for clothes, needs to order more small and medium. I don’t get how you can order a few sizes or small and medium and they sell out I a few weeks. Then the same big sizes stay on the shelves for the rest of the year. Makes no sense to me. Just buy x 5 times what you need for small and only buy 1 large etc.super annoying.

Massive outlet with pretty much everything that you want from toys to household items to kitchenware to clothing at affordable prices. Ample parking here makes this is very convenient place for shopping.

If you are going to shop here go very early before the store turns into a mess and stock is all over the floor. The variety, prices, etc are good, but the mess is unbearable.

I don't understand why they don't have trolleys or baskets available there. You have to go all around the shopping center looking for a trolley, or go to the parking space sometimes even 3 levels up to get one, is very inconvenient. Kmart is always a good deal, affordable and with variety, they should definitely put some trolleys, baskets at least!

Haha I got a new steam mop from Kmart Parra. I ordered it online cause I saw that was low storge at parramatta store and finally I got it chick and collect from customer service desk. Yeah. You can also try this way if u need some items so badly and make sure they have storage, u can call them or check it online first.
