Kmart North Rocks

Kmart at North Rocks was my preferred Kmart but not anymore. This store has gone down hill. The air con hasnt worked in about 3 months. Its hot and stuffy especially during the heat of the summer months. Avoid this store and go to one that has working air con.

Had to return clothing, manager (new) her name is Georgia, didn’t want to approve as I had no receipt but had shown her my flybuys transaction and shown the staff at the front door and explained I had no receipt, she started to argue you with me and made me feel quite uncomfortable. She assumed I had stolen these items as I did not have the receipt. Which I had to ask her to check the cameras. I felt completely belittled and disrespected. I believe she is only new to this role. Don’t think she would last with that attitude and rude behaviour. Won’t be returning to Kmart north rocks due to this disrespect. Georgia sorry to say but you have a long way to go to develop management skills. Goodluck to you.

Great store, friendly staff & all the things I've bought have been very good, last things electric kettle air fryer oven are great value, will buy from there whenever I need electrical items.

I went to kmart north Rocks to return something i was told to give proof of purchase which I had a receipt. I bought the item by credit card which was tap and pay with my phone then I was asked to have another proof of purchase which was something call wallet which i never heard of really they should have sighn displayed about this procedure it was very rough situation i had to be in I always buy my stuff on my phone which it's been going well over 10 years really I have to make sure I pay cash so the return will be easier but the problem is not many machine accept cash all credit card only and the lady served me she mentioned that the way they do the return is to stop fraud i found that is not proficinal

Fantastic bunch of people at this Kmart. They are friendly and seem to like their job. They were very helpful and ensured the checkouts were run efficiently.

This shopping has some items that others kmart don't have. Love this place, a huge car park and a nice place to clean stress out

Every thing is available at one place as you can get clothes of all kinds like for swimming or for soccer and also for all ages. Also the costs of it's products are always cheaper than other stores.

Most impressed by the amount of stock, compared to Castle Hill which is very much lacking! Well done Nth Rocks!

Went to Kmart Nth Rocks last Sunday to replace faulty Keyboard.
Woman named Becky and another woman helped me out immensely.
They were most patient and courteous with my transaction.

They work in the returns / layby section

Lady at the door insists on checking your receipt line by line and questioning every legitimate purchase

Good range, big enough shopping centre - much faster to get in & out (compared to Carlingford Court, or Parramatta (which is very difficult ATM with all the roadwork for the light rail)

Great at local kmart store. Has all the kmart things, always clean and tidy, and generally well stocked.
Usually not busy so easy to come for a fast shop.

This is honestly the best Kmart around, it usually has a better range than others in the area plus it’s always very clean.

It's a nice kmart. Pretty quiet. They have good range of products that currently other kmarts are out of stock.

Kmart def has dropped their standards. Little stock on shelves. Can't find stock. Staff helpful but time spent locating stock confirms no stock. Last visit was 45mins wasted as they didn't have what I needed. They lost out on the additional purchases I was going to make. Lift your game and get stock on the shelves.

Always well stocked and of course plenty of helpful staff on hand. Maybe they could insure more self-service checkouts are functional which would reduce longer checkout lines.

Can someone from the friendly staff there at North Rocks pick up the phone? Have been calling you all day. Extremely disappointed. Please disconnect you telephone service since it a ghost service and misleads customers.

Ordered a new bike to be assembled a week ago and told to call the store to check if it is ready to pick up or not. Called 10 times this morning and all returned line busy or auto disconnect. Went in to the store and got told they can not find where the bike is (went missing?) and refused to provide a refund. What a robbery! They can only asked to follow up with a call with the updates next week. How can you not find a bike in just a week that stored in your store? What a good management! Leave at all cost

We bought poppy bike for toddler 2 weeks back and dint take home with us since staff convinced how easy it would be to get assembled at store for extra $$ and was advised that can pick up in 2 days. Received call from store after 2 days that it was ready for pick up and when my husband went no one knew what's happening with the order. Went again today after 2 weeks. Decided to call before going to save the trip but dint go through. Went into the store and After checking with customer service they advised the same that aren't sure about order if ready or misplaced and the person comes only once a week so won't be ready yet again as they dint find it. Staff kept checking with diff people nothing worked. Spent 1 hour waiting and asking for refund later which was again slow process tasting patience endlessly. Ruined our Easter bunny gift for toddler and waste of time and efforts!

I had about $150 worth of product ready to pay for and ONLY self serve registers available! People are sick of them! Of course it stopped working after the second item! I left everthing there and walked out! So frustrating! Pay some people a wage and get some decent service in there! People are opting for internet purchase and your cheap bad service isnt helping you kfart.
