You have a real gem of a staff member at your service desk. Nick went above and beyond to ensure I could get a photo done in record time and made the whole process simple and easy and he did it all with a lovely smile. Thankyou Nick!
The staff are friendly. The store is clean and spacious. The printing of photos however is a painful process. I’ve tried twice today to print my photos and it’s only allowing 16 photos at a time. Flybys wouldn’t scan on the first machine, so I gave up. The system needs a lot of work. I’ll go else where to print my photos.
I can’t speak for the rest of the place as I don’t shop here normally. But have been to the Printing Service area a couple times. If you need stuff done printing relate do go elsewhere. Have been stuffed around each time I’m there and have spent extra 30-45mins because of inexperience/no care factor staff. They need to pick up their game in that department
Thank you for putting staff on the registers to serve customers. Not everyone wants to serve themselves. I already have a full time job.

The self checkout is horrendous i had 10 items after the first 4 items kept saying removed item took me longer to pay for my items then going through the store grabbing them obviously your workers arent very good at there job if there being replaced by machines i wont be back thats for sure
Do you EVER have any stock!? What a nightmare trying to buy something in NSW! Or are people like wild hyenas taking everything on the shelves! Kmart Narellan or around those areas have NOTHING ever in stock!
Always to many ppl running into you. Checkout is in the middle. Still don't get this shop design. Kmart trade pic of you entering and put our into a facial recognition data base. So your privacy is not safe just walking into this place. Keys hope they don't get hacked.
Pretty good Kmart, normally has everything I need. However, some workers are particularly snarky - Liam on shop floor could do with some basic customer service lessons ️
I love Kmart but the horrific check out experience makes me think twice about shopping there.worse experience ever.

Not bad, always busy. Limited plus size women section. Disappointed purchased something in my size on the hanger only to get home and see that its 3 sizes smaller because it was placed on the wrong hanger. Will need to go back to exchange now which is a real pain.
CHANGE THE HOURS THAT YOU OPERATE ON YOUR WEBSITE.
DONT SAY YOU ARE OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT WHEN YOU ARE CLOSED AT 10PM!

It's always exciting to go into kmart for new items & great prices BUT hugely disappointing when there's an item that suits my needs and either can't get it in my size or there's an empty space on shelf.
The inconvenience lasts for days & at times weeks.
Every time I visit this store, the shelves constantly seem to be bare. No stock, or low stock, of items consistently. Hardly any staff at the registers and self serve machines during busy periods, which cause long queues. Only wanted to buy two small items and left after there was no team member to clear and error from the previous customer on the self-serve.
Store is always out of stock of popular items and hard to find staff when needed. Store is too small for its location
Good, but very small and nearly always out of stock for popular items! A smaller store with a smaller range of items. Sometimes its better to head to campbelltown if you really want something!
I’ve changed my mind the young man that serves me on the phone and when I turned up he was actually really good and his service was on point.just be a little be more friendly on the phone next time but he totally made it up so good for you and thank you for your quick and helpful service when we came in to pick up our click and collect
