I dropped in to see if Mister Minit would be able to create new holes for RM Williams belt - The job was completed then & there so quickly (literally 30seconds!) & did a fabulous job! Thank you so much!

Came here to have an engraving done on a showpiece. A week later, I didn't quite like it because the size of the lettering seemed a bit big. So I went back to the store and asked the gentleman if there was a way it could be fixed as it is a present for someone. He gave me three options. I went with the third where he redid it on a gold plaque type thing to cover up the original engraving He was so very kind and fixed it for me at no cost. With super tight finances at the moment, it meant the world to me. I'm so grateful for this and the excellent customer service. Next time I need any engraving or key cutting done, this is the store I will be going to. Thanks guys!

My partner and I came here to adjust a belt (belt hole) since it was too loose. The guys here were nice enough to do the job quick and free of charge. Im happy to take my business here moving forward because of the excellent customer service. Would recommend

A big thumbs up! My car key had broken and the battery went flat in my spare. The lovely man at Mister Minit replaced the whole key with what we think is a better quality key and replaced the battery in our spare. Service was quick, friendly, professional and good value!

Kmart Narellan has a wide range of decent quality men's clothing for reasonable pricing.

However, it would be a lot nicer if they decided to have the checkout at the entry/exit to the shop instead of in the centre.

Not enough registers for such a busy store especially building up to Christmas. The male staff member at the door was less than helpful and grumpy. Very poor customer service.

Love Kmart, unfortunately this one is so busy it's hard to get my size in clothing. The homeware section is fabulous. I wish the checkout wasn't located in the middle of the store, it's quite frustrating that even after going through the checkout I have to show my receipt at the front door and have all my bags checked. I'd appreciate if it was done at the time of purchase as the line up just to get out of the store can get busy and frustrating.

So, I went here to print photos with bobby brown. A employee came up to me and they looked pretty familiar. I was like HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM but then I realised that the employee was really smelly. Teach. Your. Employees. Hygiene. PERIOD.

Shop was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the register layout (same as all Kmart) is slow and chaotic when busy.

Pretty good except for checkout lines (long+) and line to get bags inspected to leave store.
Have been known to walk out of store after seeing the line snake around with over 30 customers in line (midweek) and come back another day.

Bright colours, divided into departments - it's like any other Kmart. And like any other Kmart, when you need assistance no one is around.

Large, well stocked, competitive with Big W and Target. Plenty of parking and easy access to this store.

I need to leave as soon as I walk in, otherwise I get everything I see I know I don't really need!

I found the shoes I wanted here, after searching the mall for two hours. So five stars.

Otherwise, it's Kmart, and what else is there to say? Today, Rainman, you are wrong. Kmart rocks.

Love the place, the cheap clothes etc, but I positively HATE THE auto checkouts!
Tells me to put the item in the bagging area whilst I'm still trying to fold the jeans up neatly, then reckoned there was something in the bagging area that shouldn't have been which there wasn't, then seized up trying to process payment with cash out.
Been to Kmart many times and always have problems with the checkout.
Put employees back on registers, why should I be doing their job?

A well laid out and bright space as part of the redeveloped Narellan Town Centre. Adds to a good retail experience.
