Kmart Mt Druitt

This the worst Kmart I’ve ever been, untidy. Under stocked, but they have cages of new stuff just sitting everywhere. Stuff are lazy and the girl at the door definitely doesn’t want to work

Met one of the best workers here at the service desk! Chris was an absolute legend, and hilarious!

Today I brought a Bluetooth speaker and it was faulty so I went to exchange it. I had the speak and receipt with me and walked straight up to the service desk where I was met with "did you show the lady at the door so I know you entered with it". I told her no because I headed to the service desk that is labelled returns and customer service. She proceeded to treat me like a theif and asked to see the card I used to pay for it with. I was so shocked as I was going to ask a family member to go exchange it for me and they wouldn't of been able to show my card if that were the case but I continued to show her the card anyway. She was extremely rude even though I was trying to do the right thing.
If this is the case and you must show the people at the door if you're going in to return an item please have this stated somewhere upon entrance so you're not making customers feel horrible for rightfully returning a faulty item. Mind you I had to spend extra time and money to go back into store because you sold a faulty item in the first place and then to be met with that is enough for me to completely stop shopping at kmart. This was over a $10 item and I'm just absolutely shocked and angered by the service.

This is the worst experience I've ever had the security guard had stopped me because I didn't have my receipt as it must of flew out of the trolley so he wouldn't let me leave therefore I had to leave $250 worth of stuff behind that i had paid cash for now if you want me to do your job via checking my self out then qhy can't you trust me enough to leave and check my own receipt. Not only that he let multiple people of his own nationality out the door with out checking the r2ceipt but proceeded proceeded on stop me

It's the same as all Kmart's busy place open 24 hours great at 2am if you want to waste some money on stuff you thought you needed

Why these young staff members look so miserable I wonder? They should be happy for some reason but I understand they taking this very seriously.

I was just at Kmart MT Druitt. While there I slipped, twisted my ankle and banged my knee when I fell. This was due to liquid on the floor where I walked near the service desk. After reporting it to the desk Johnathan and two of the ladies at the desk took care of me. I recieved ice packs for my ankle and knee, with Johnathan overseeing my care and checking out the area where I was hurt. It appears that someone spilled a frozen drink then left the container on a nearby shelf. The girls cleaned up the mess and they also found the item I had gone there to get and had it waiting for me at the service desk once I was on my feet again. Johnathan took my name and contact details so he could report the incident. By the time I got home he had rung me and left a message with the incident number on my machine. I want to say a big thank you to Johnathan and the ladies on the service desk for looking after me so well and taking care of the spill so promptly. Kmart Mt Druitt you have wonderful staff who are well trained, caring, polite and very helpful.

One of the worst stores with hardly no stock compared to other kmarts. Staff still in nappies so young and having fun talking to their colleagues while doing nothing

I found a Kmart non stick frypan at a good price. The store is neatly set out with friendly staff.

Every thing is at convenient price easy parking n accessible for pram, handicapped people. I like going there because you can shop at any time convenient to you as it is open 24 hours

Large, good availability I guess.but they don’t have a large enough range of work pants or work attire in general. Not very trendy or nice fitting… but I guess that’s what you get at Kmart.

I love comin gv to Kmart Mt Druitt and it has everything that i am looking. The clothes and shoes for women and children are beautiful. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service ever over the phone you wait for ages on the phone for them to transfer you and hang up and when you call again you wait even longer then before and never get through

Don't bother ordering from them. You will be waiting ages for refunds as they have no stock despite listing everything as being in stock.
They need to be investigated by the ACCC for the scam they have going collecting interest on customers money when they never had the products to begin with.

Always has empty shelves, so some constant stocking would help. Wouldn't recommend click n collect though takes longer than usual. Better to just go in and purchase.

Pathetic service when returning item which did not include all accessories. Had to wait for 1 hour. Nobody willing to confirm if item was in stock or if all accessories would be included on sealed items on shelf

Maybe it's been shattered with opening. Had to Click collect.but just seem like a very messy store.

Fast service - staff were able to walk in and find my order quickly with no issues. Click and collected all within a couple of minutes.

You get up there ring them they take the number for your order and then they bring it to the front door for you no waiting when I went up

Change your trading hour info! To everyone else, they're only open for click and collect. Also, its a small store, hardly any variety and u may not find what you're looking for.
