323 days in a row different times. Ringing for over an hour and noone answers their phones no matter what department. Learn to answer your phones. If i go there and ring i bet youll be just sitting around not bothered to answer.
Went there. Best service I have ever received. Worker Olivia deserves a raise! I went into the store in an absolute mess trying to find everything I needed and Olivia was there. She was super professional, but also kind, nice, helpful and caring. It was the best service I have ever received from a Kmart, in fact anywhere. Olivia was absolutely charming and I am happy to say I would go to the Minto Kmart again after my experience there. Instead of making movies about superman, they should make movies about superolivia!
Normally I love Kmart Minto but lately, when shopping for particular items, I end up coming home empty handed. I now mainly shop online and only buy in store if the item I was is not in stock online.
I waited 20 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone then was hung up on. Rang back waited another 8 minutes and still nobody answered so I hung up and called again and asked to speak to a manager and yes he answered my inquiry. I have always been a Kmart shopper and I love it and I’ve never had and issue at the Campbelltown store. But this is why I don’t shop at Minto because nobody cares what you want and you are wasting their time. Maybe management needs to look at what is going on in this store and make it just as good as all the others. But I won’t ever shop there and I’ll tell all my friends and family of how i was treated today. Simply Discussing
I find the service here so friendly good range of stock. Lady on the door bright and friendly and girl who helped me so thorough. Both Nicole’s made my shopping experience lovely
Good and clean store. Lots of staff. Click and collect is at back of store which is not good for disabled people, or those that need assistance walking as it's long walk. Better to get stuff delivered
Local Kmart to me. Always a bit of a mess. Always busy. Closed at the moment due to COVID lockdown but they offer a click and collect service.
I went to Kmart Minto this afternoon and the Indian lady in the fitting room was extremely rude to me.
Very very unprofessional Kmart.

If you ask location of any item some of them will mostly say it is out of stock even when it is in stock but I still love k mart.

i went today with my wife & new born, my wife was asking to one of the staff named Tia about the price of an item, instead of assisting with that issue she redirected us to the self service counter, where was only 1 assistant to serve a long queue, in that case she intentionally disregarded our query, although my baby was crying she didnt pay any attention, What a Service!
i have always noticed Minto Kmart is more disorganised & customer service is less customer oriented then Casula Kamrt or other Kmart. Staffs are less supportive & polite then other outlets.eventually staff at self checkout was busy with official phone so i ended up No help after waiting for a while.extremely bad service!
After selecting my items I went to pay. No staff to process my items. Was told to go to the service counter and they might do it. I dont work at Kmart, so I have no intention of doing your job. Very poor service.
Good family outlet but bit concerned about the back of the Mall. No seating, had to watch a mother and her child eat off the ground. I know the rules of COVID but at least put seats out there for the elderly as well not much to ask for.
Kmart is such a wonderful place, when I shop there, I feel so happy. It used to be so embarrassing wearing Kmart clothes when I was young. Now I shout it from the rooftops. Love you Kmart! I mean LOVE YOU KMART
Great place to shop. They usually have self serve registers open. On Xmas eve the ques where long and the staff did not seem concerned or try to expedieate the process. Staff seem absent minded most times.
I planned on buying a dinnerset but wasn't impressed in what you were selling up to $35. Instead I bought one from Ikea online, reduced from $99 to $40, which is absolutely beautiful. BARGAIN!
Staffs seem not to know where anything is in the store. After many times coming here, my experience is just try looking for what you want yourself to save time.
Clean tidy staff were friendly (to each other) a bit standoffish when i asjed where an item would be. I did interupt their chatting with each other though
Needs more service on sales side plus they need more self serving cash machines not just card alone. Waisting a lot of valuable time!
We don"t like the set up of the cash register in the middle store because if your customer spotted something like near the exit area they couldn't be bother to go back and pay for it. Especially if it's not necessity. It happened to me few times. Customers always look a far distance items not near the entrance unless it's eye cathing items.
Customer service lady was kinda rude. Wanted to refund an unopened item and she asked me if I told the lady at the front door because I can't refund unless I tell her. How is any customer supposed to know that? If it's store policy then how have I been refunding my whole life without talking to door lady? She ended up refunding without me talking to door lady. So is it really store policy then? Or did she just want to start sh*t up?
