Kmart Maitland

Lady at the front with glasses and a pony tail needs to chill. Everytime i go in there with my friends after school i am asked to check my bag every time while other people get to walk straight out without even checking their receipt.

I just think it isn’t right that she gets to choose who to check bags. Check everybody’s bag if you need to, not just school kids that you stereotype with stealing.

All your daily needs. I love kmarts in house brand anko for everything. From gaming accessories to underwear!

Nice store but staff are so rude! Went here today we sent over $150 and we got eye rolls from staff members who where near checkout like they didn’t wanna serve people, Kmart Green Hills has better customer service.

So much for customer service it seems a thing of the past will never enter this store again.

Very rude ladies on checkout.
Two very openly talked about me infront of me and had a laugh,
after one helped me with a self serve machine when it had went red.
Was very shocked from this, really shows how little respect and care kmart has for who they hire.please get some manners and respect for other people kmart.

I visited your store today and made my way to the checkout there were no customers and 2 Kmart team members on the counter
They ignored me hoping I would go away or use a self serve which I am not trained to use and I do t get paid to use. They were rude and it it was made clear by their rudeness they did not want to serve me even there were no other customers around.
At least at Big w they will serve you without the rudeness if I choose not to self serve.probably won’t be back to your store with rude team members.

Love zipping into kart for those everyday clothing items that need refreshing. Underwear, socks, pjs and slippers all refreshed for less that $50 bucks. Bargain.

Staff are very helpful in store and over the phone.
They are well also very well stocked compared to Kmart at Greenhills. ALso a very tidy store

Kmart was good.found a bargain on some towels and blankets.staff were super helpful and actually found a park! Woohoo!

How can you fault a family shop with all bases covered from baby to adults to bedrooms to backyard!

Always great bargains, found shoes for kids $1-$8/pair! Great store, big selection. Just dislike the set up with cashiers in the middle.

After finding some new comfy pants need a new top to go with them.
In k.mart found 2 t.shirts to wear with my new pants.staff all helpful

Good value but don't go there with 5 kids they made it very difficult to find what I was looking for

Today I had the most disappointing outing to kmart high st maitland. Not for the first time aircond failed.
Arrived at one of my favourite stores and proceeded to wander around looking for things on my list.then it started to hit me. I was getting very hot. Perspiration was starting to poor out and I was feeling very uncomfortable. Then I was starting to feel quite ill. Went to try some clothes on. Started to finish up my shopping went to checkout. Made my way out of the store.and needed to sit down. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE SAY AIR CON NOT WORKING. Had to sit down out front of kmart.where a couple of people asked after me and if they could help advising me NO AIR CONDITIONING IN KMART.not one staff member of kmart alerted me to this. Very cranky with Kmart.

It's a great store to browse & shop. Easy to locate items U wish to purchase. An enjoyable place to shop.

A good, but typical outlet with helpful, friendly staff. I can't fathom why they have the checkouts in the middle of the store; must be a nightmare for the staff monitoring the exit. Lower level parking is great.

The staff are gorgeous, BUT the clothes are cheap very unfashionable in most cases esp.the women's and you lose buttons and the seams always come undone. The shoes, especially the thongs, sandals and clogs lose their heels ALL THE TIME. It doesn't matter what brand!
The rest of the stock seems to be very good. Especially linen etc. Baby and toddler clothes are gorgeous.
Toys are excellent with a huge range. Need more camping and fishing gear and car parts. The electrical appliances are cheap but work REALLY well. It would be good if they weren"t out of stock all the time! Like flat sandwich makers!
Need to move the checkout- it was very "in" at the time but now is just "in-convenient"
Overall the store is very clean and very tidy and very pretty.

Need more check out staff on.especially this time of year. Not fair on elderly who had to wait because they cant understand self serve.

It was good to be able to go in and get all the things i need at an acceptable price, the "eshay" early teenagers walking in and causing trouble, other than that, its fine

One of the biggest Kmart I’ve ever been to.

I found a lot of the products on the shelves were out of stock - which is rather annoying, but I also realise that stores have been having trouble getting stock.

The staff I encountered were friendly.

My partner and I had a click and collect to pick up however we were notified that they didn’t have the product in stock and it was refunded.
