They lie about stock in-store and online.

I paid for a Christmas present that was "IN-STOCK" 30th November and still haven't received it.

I still haven't received the order and they can't tell me when we'll receive it. I have no Christmas present and down $300.

Save your money. Organise your own delivery.

The store itself is fine but I wanted to give feedback on one of your team members today who worked at the fitting booths at 12 pm. I have never had anybody ask to check my bag while I am still in the store and was shocked when this team member asked to check my EMPTY grocery shopping bag. Is this new Kmart procedure because if it is I think you’re going a bit too far there.

The shop was a little bit busy and chaotic when I walked in on Monday, but staff are lovely and willing to help in particular, this young girl with glasses and short hair was very kind. Took time out of her day to help with an item I have been looking for ages Thank you so much!

They dont have any big trolley for customers to carry big stuff.
Really frustrating!

This is a 24-hour store
There is ample parking
There are also disabled spots available
It's busiest times are between 10: 00 a.m. And about 8 or 9: 00 p.m.
It has clothes for all ages
Stationary and lots of things for schools and school age children.
It has a layby area as well
There are lots of choices and even if you just want to go somewhere for a couple of hours to look around at any time of the day or night, this is a place to go.
I love it here whenever I want to buy something and I don't really know what I want to buy. This is where I go.
If I can't sleep late at night, this is where I go.
If I want some lollies and the other stores are closed. This is where I go.
They have a very fair returns policy.
The prices are very good.
Pretty much one of the best stores around when it comes to this type of store.

Worst customer service. Kids just keep passing it on to the next person and have no idea where anything is. Who stacks all the pillows to where the bean bag fill in is

Here's a heads-up to other customers so you won't have to go through what I went through at Liverpool Kmart store. I went into the store on 18/12 and desperately needed some craft material for a project I was working on. I couldn't see the item I was looking for, on the shelves, so I asked a staff member that was wearing the Kmart uniform and pushing a trolley. He told me that he personally could not check if they had that item in stock and it was best to ask the staff at Customer Service. Just as I was about to do that, I saw another staff member, in that department, and asked her to check if they had stock on that item. She pulled out her hand held scanner device and told me that they didn't have that item at Liverpool but confidently told me of the other stores that had them in stock that I could go to. So I drove out to my next local store, which I had been told stocked the item, only to find when I got there that they also did not stock the item. The young lady at the second Kmart store advised me that it's best to ring the store beforehand, to check the item is in stock, before driving out as the information on their device is not always accurate and can experience delay.

Worst experience of my life, smells and so stuffy in there actually thought i was going to faint.

The stuff are not helpful at all, bad experience everytime i go there.
I prefer drive to casula kmart than 2 minutes drive to Liverpool kmart.

Very uncooperative staff.they charge back to school vouchers but didn't give me anything.rubbish CustomerCare.

You guys should have another checkout area like the one in causla mall and minto to avoid those long and crowded lines

I could get more than I went to purchase from this branch. The price was very cheap compared to another shop.
I was very happy with kmart liverpool.

At Liverpool k mart.
There is only 1 checkout area
Today there was no staff on the checkout counters.only the self service was operating.the air conditioning was not working.disaster management

Encountered multiple rude staff across many days unwilling to help, too busy texting on their phones or chatting with each other. Never any stock although showing available online. Aircon not working for months - terribly hot inside.

Everything is a mess. All the shelves have stock all over the place and on the floor.

Lady at the service/click and collect desk is a extremely rude person and needs to learn some respect when dealing with customers 16.9.22

Went shopping today at kmart Liverpool I am new to the area there was a very nice lady at the front of the store who was very helpful and polite I asked for her name Terrie she said thank you Terrie there should be more staff like you

Nice shopping exsperience excellent place to put you in the mood to do a lot off shopping staff friendly and helpful
