Kmart Lismore

No Kmart trolleys available, many customers in store were walking around with Big W trolleys or Woolworths trolleys. I decided before going to Woolworths to grab one myself to see if they had any spare near the checkouts. There was only 1 behind the counter which was holding stock. I kindly asked staff if I could have this as I needed to collect 3 fans. Staff kindly let me have it. When I went to grab 3 fans, ALL of them had black dirt and dust on them (so gross) I grabbed 3 and placed into the trolley and both hands were left filthy. I noticed that actually all the boxes of fans on display were dirty. After I paid for them, I approached a staff to let them know all their stock of fans were filthy and showed her the state of my hands after touching them. The lady couldn't care less and just said "Yeah they're all dusty like that, we don't clean them" I couldn't believe it. How lazy and just disgusting to show off your items in dirty condition with no shame at all for customers to leave the store covered in dirt and dust. Come on Lismore Kmart, all you need is a feather duster - it's not that hard to show some pride and basic cleanliness in your items and store. I mentioned to the lady I've never seen items in a filthy state like this in Ballina kmart and left.

Mandy is a valuable asset to your store, she is purely why u get 5* as I hate the layout with the checkouts. But it's a pleasure to exit and enter the store and see Mandy, she's bubbly, warm and welcoming, amazing on the door and is why I have made lismore my only Kmart.
Her product knowledge when asked about items is outstanding and also her interaction with regulars is above and beyond.

You deserve the recognition Mandy, thank you for making all our experiences at Kmart amazing.

A few years ago I bought a long black stretchy skirt, Best skirt that I have ever bought. I need a new one. Please bring them back into our stores and online (size 18) Many Thanks:)

Plenty of EFTPOS & Credit Card computer payment teller, however only one real person cash teller. I had to wait longer to be served

Staff at the front "help" desk are rude most of the time and very unhelpful. Relatively good selection of stuff all at low prices with quality to match.

The store was clean & spacious

With disappointment, as usual, larger men's shirt sizes are limited

There's plenty of children's clothing

Kmart sells fishing & picnic / camping gear

Loving thst they have more stock on the shelves right now. Prices are ok also. Some of the women's clothes are boring though.

Kmart is third in a three dog race. Go to target or big w for a better product and a better price respectively.

The staff is okay but I'm doing buying stuff here. Everything I bought in Kmart either broke or lasted no longer than three months (mattresses, gadgets, working shoes, etc). Buy cheap, buy twice. That's their motto.

Neat and tidy. Well lit, open store. Friendly staff, good range of homewares, clothing, toys and more. Bathrooms located close by.

Well this is the store that I love to visit, I don't think I have ever walked out without a purchase. They have fantastic prices on their jeans, and they start at size 6. U can jazz up the house with loads of reasonable priced greenery, cushions, anything for the home really. Wander around and u will become very creative.

Always great value for money with lots of choice!
Although, I did hate having to walk all the way up to the busy back service desk, when I chose to collect my online order at the front desk.
I think this is a work in progress for K-Mart, which still needs a few wrinkles smoothed out, to streamline the click & collect process.

Hate the way k mart is now, the checkout in the middle and all the self serve checkouts, where has customer service gone.

Visiting a sick aunty in hospital and she needed more personal items so I went for a walk to Kmart. Really good selection and size range. And walking distance to the hospital.

Regularly low or or of stock of popular things, can be tricky to find specific items. Helpful customer service, large store and visit of products

The layby man walked all the way to puzzle section, he lied about their stock but was very nice and friendly, I respect his efforts

Ya know what? Thanks so much Chinese people for slaving away for us! However sorry to say, I think we have had enough of your stuff now! I'm off to the op-shop!

I don't like the new changes. I still can't find my way around it in lismore nsw. Don't spend as much time or money there anymore

Easter Saturday car was making a funny noise find the sump cover dragging on the ground. I rang Mycar and they said bring it around AMZIING service they fixed it straight away! The team there are brilliant and customer service was top notch! I was really stressing about finding a repair shop open on a public holiday and I really didn't need to worry the team there were busy as but they still fitted me in 5 stars guys top job!
