I am a regular costumer and i had to change an item and the lady said I can’t change it I I have no receipt and I bought it 2 week ago

Why is half your checkout machines unusable? I’ve had to result in leaving my items because the machine kept wanting store log in. The worker although nice was busy at her own checkout so I was just left waiting and waiting. Literally a nightmare with kids as well. Terrible customer service.

I went to kmart Lidcombe and wanted to get a replacement for one of the products. The product was not available in the store. Nisa one of the lovely staff on the service desk was very helpful and he went beyond his scope to help me find the solutions. Deniz the manager of the store was equally helpful. I will not forget the customer service they have provided today which is beyond excellence. Nisa's ethical standard is implacable and Deniz's customer-centric attitude with enthusiasm for help, is unparalleled. Deniz is a gem. Kmart can trust her with higher responsibility.

Mariam on service desk was really helpful even though it was busy. Management should think about putting another person on since she was by herself with a long line.

Big store, very busy alot of stock than the other branches I know. I don't mind the 15 mins drive cause I know I will find what I'm looking for.

It's a well set out shop but I really dislike the registers in the centre of the shop. I wanted some thermals which are in stock so a good result.

One of the better K Marts in the area. Leaves the Bankstown store I used to go stuck in the 1970’s for layout and ambience. This Lidcombe store is a great place to go for a wander around and get some good items for the home. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This rather large kmart has everything you could possibly want from homewares, clothing and kids toys. There is plenty of parking and there is usually not too many problems finding a park. Customer service is ok although not the best that ive seen.

In terms of variety, store size and layout, this Kmart is the best in Sydney. Staff are helpful and the lines aren’t as long as the other stores. I specially love their electronics section for mobile related accessories. You can get anything and everything from screen protectors to charging cables from $2.5 to $7

Bike assemble service is taking too long. 2month.

Lidcombe K mart should not be in lidcombe shopping centre. Rubbish

Nice, we found the Coffee Maker that we wanted and it wasn't too crowded, we went to the butcher while we were at it and all is well that ends well!

I rated them a 3 * since their Kodak kiosk doesn't work very well (touch screen issues) and the clothes is disorganized.

The store is relatively a very large one. It's situated in a complex that has plenty of parking spaces. I found it 'tidier' than other Kmart's (better keep it secret)

Same like all kmarts out there. What do you expect lol? A golden place with monks praying around you.

Great to visit, Kmart has a variety of things for both young and old at great prices you can afford.
