Items shown in stock not available in store. Manager would not get item from pallet from me as it was too hard to reach. Wasted my time coming here.

They squeezed me in at 4: 30pm after I got a nail in my tire. They managed to repair it before closing while I took the kids into Westfield and fixed it for free.
I felt very lucky.
The greeter, Jo is the nicest lady in the world. Every time I come to Kmart we always have a chat! There should be more customer service people like her!
Did some Christmas shopping there today and I have to say I was very happy with the staff that helped me when I paid for my stuff with my gift and then normal card.well done Kmart Kotara I will for sure return to your store
I got served by the register lady under the name Ava, she was very helpful and polite and had an excellence in customer service at such a young age.
Not a trolley in sight and they want you to shop there. Greeter advice go to Woolworths and get one…. How about KMART get staff to provide trollies for people to shop!
Went shopping here today and loved seeing the guy at the door with his culture tattooed on his head! Made me extremely happy to see a company supporting this, not to mention he was so nice and lovely to my partner and I! He 100% deserves recognition for his great work.
Actually quite disappointed with the range or should I say the lack of range of the products in this store.we looked online at things at K Mart and went there to get them to find that nothing we wanted was stocked at that store.
And then of course there’s the checkout in the middle of the store! Who ever thought that that was a good idea needs to seek mental help!
Shopping for Fathers Day. Always add chocolate to gift. Not much to choose from an d no dark chocolate
Good store with a good range of product. Take off one star for primarily only offering self service check out. Really should be employing more people, the self service is poorly organised and difficult to see when a bay is free from the line up area during busy periods.
Went to Kmart Kotara on Friday 22nd of July
with a very sick Client
just after 12.00pm
After walking around a little looking for what the client wanted we both Approached the Lady at the front door from behind where the stock was we were looking for
we waited as she greeted those coming and going then both my self and my client said Excuse me then waited as other people came and went
We both said Excuse me and she turned around and snaped at us that she will get to us eventually and of course she didn't mean to be Rude so she said. After all we only wanted directions within the store to look for the stock.
For me it was my first time in Kmart
at Kotara and it will be my last
I am amazed how young people today really don't have an Idea about good Customer Service whether she was having a bad day or problems at home which you don't take to work
If I had of been on my own I would of Reported her to the Manager
but as I had a very sick Client with me I didn't
As I said I won't be back. Both myself and my Client were very polite
Kmart lift your Game
Highly inefficient non-productive staff couldn't fill a click and collect order despite there being adequate stock on the shelves. It took me 5 minutes to locate the item and present it to the "service" desk, who advised me I'd have to wait until they did it. That was 4 hours ago and I'm still waiting.
Again staff are very cheerful & they embarass most other staff at Cole's, ECT. Keep it up. Thanks.
The store is well stocked and checkout was quick and easy. Cheap prices and everything you would expect at a Kmart store. I was pleased with my experience at this particular store as I have had experience that would warrant 0 stars.
Always find something here. Good layout, although not a lot of floor staff if you're looking for advice/help.
Wanted to buy an item however it was in the back they were not willing to go and unpack the box so I could buy the item. It was shown as available and in stock online.
Went online to find a product it said had stock, so I rang up to make sure before driving from Mayfield couldn't get through at all on the phone even tried different departments, so I drove over and guess what! None in store, very unhappy, it was a Sunday instead of having less staff on weekends one would think to have more as it is certainly busier then.
