Kmart Hurstville

Horrible store, never picks up their phone. Photo printing service never works. Been put on hold for 20+ mins and never got an answer for if the printing service is working. A simple yes or no question was never answered. The store is always a mess and staff are never helpful.

Don’t bother trying to ring this store. They don’t answer their phones. And the one time they did they immediately hung up the phone.

Terrible experience.
My wife booked to pick up a blanket today and she was waiting for almost 2 hours and no one from kmart came to delivery the blanket she called many times and no one answered. So If the kmart doesn't have enough people or structure to serve customers don't take our money.

Staff is over life never want to help always same generic it's what's left on the shelf without even listening properly to what your saying when you clearly have done a click and collect and are just trying to explain your picking up a order and need to know where to go

Very upsetting experience at Kmart Hurstville with Click & Collect during lockdown!

Bunch of other customers including me, were requested by SMS to book a time to come collect our orders, to only come to closed store with no workers in-store to provide a customer service! Some waited hours in front of the store. Especially during pandemic, it's ridiculous they dragged people out of their homes for nothing!

3 days later I still have not received any response from Kmart about my order!

This store is good, but it is very small like they have nothing especially clothing. Your better off going online to buy clothes because this Kmart don’t really have much, the print photo things are broken with no thought of fixing them. But when it’s like Christmas Easter they have a lot of items. So if your looking to buy thinks like a quick gift or a couple items come if but if your looking to buy cloths or furniture or printing photos got to Sylvania Kmart it’s much bigger and have more stock

Kmart Hurstville is a quite busy shop. With BigW in downstairs, they have many customers everyday.

Compared to other Kmart, not nice layout and most of the times you cant find what you are looking for or online mentioned as in stock

My favourite Kmart, a girl named Lucy I believed serve me, and wow amazing service! Amazing products! Amazing amazing amazing. There is nothing I can fault about this place.

Always a good experience shopping here. Wish one day they'll consider making this 24hrs too. Don't like the Sylvania one

I was there today with 8 other friends at around 2pm, we were walking around and talking
An employee came to me and 2 of my other mates and kicked us out for no reason we were just standing in the middle of the sport section talking
and she insulted me and threatened to call the cops for something we didn’t do
i’ve been a regular customer there and i’ve never been treated this badly

Allowed me to exchanged sizes even though bought it in Melbourne. I took the wrong receipt and was for a birthday.

I love Kmart, they have good quality things for cheaper prices.they have alot of decor stuff and they've got good shoes.they also have very nice wallets and hand bags.

Pretty good in here found what I needed. Kmart is so much better than target which is way over priced. Kmart is also set out so much more conveniently so all stores are the same. Cheap products.

Variety of items is great! Could find everything i need for school. 96 page exercise books sell for only 35c in Back-to-school periods.

The staff here don't seem to care about their customers needs.
I asked one question to a staff and she said it's there and I went there to see but it was not there, so I grabbed another staff and she gave me the right place to find.
The problem is the first girl seemed to very confident about where the stuff I was looking for was and it was wrong.
If you don't know where, you need to find out and tell me the right information because that is why k-mart pays you mate.
This happened to me few times.
I hope this store trains their floor staff better so they can be more 'helpful' to their visitors.

I could not find what I went there for.
The QR code signed me in to Mater Die church, Blakehurst so something is not working correctly.

Products with good price, was able to get most homewares I need. The air sofa and air pump are cheap with reasonable quality.

This review is for the Hurstville photo kiosk. I ordered large poster prints online on a specific paper option offered on two separate occasions. On joth occasions the print was done on a cheaper stock paper. A complete waste of my time to attend and pick up an incorrect order TWICE. Management please take note and review training. No excuses for being unable to read an order and fulfill properly. Night staff who perform the prints are most likely at fault!
