Kmart Glendale

My Christmas shopping online order was canceled out of around about 12 items ordered I’m receiving 2 due to low stock apparently so disappointed wouldn’t expect it from a large company
Do not recommend online shopping with Kmart!

Had a good time shopping for the things I needed until I got to the self serve at the front of the store. The girl who was on at 2/12/23 at 1: 20pm at front self serve didn’t offer to help when I didn’t know what to press for spilt payment and which tags to scan for a pj set that had two different tags one was a yellow tag I pressed something wrong on the self serve and it refunded me which I didn’t want all the worker did was just stand there and stand at me while I was asking my friend what I just did wrong the worker was just playing her phone and eating lollies or chocolates didn’t seem to want to help anyone or do anything didn’t seem like she wanted to be there her name started with a t

Lots of choices at reasonable prices. Very busy at this time of year. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.

Thi is my go-to place for any kind of house shopping. Lots of affordable things and great variety

Great store. Only problem is that the music makes me want to off myself. We need to do something about this as a community.

There's always a line up to pay and they don't have everything that waratah has, glendale store is smaller I think. Goto waratah they open later aswell.

I think there should be someone experienced in the beauty section to help me find what I need.

Was looked at on the cameras by a lady worker in the change room. Suspected I was doing something dodgey when I wasn’t. Me a 17 year old girl. Contacted the store about it but nothing was done. Will never return

Absolutely great found everything I wanted in a matter of minutes. The store looks fantastic. Lots of goodies

Lease Clean Newcastle sometimes shops here. Clean big store. Its not David Jones but has most things at a cheap price.

As usual absolute value for money. Today a public holiday, though was overcrowded the staff were too smart in managing the show

Just your typical Kmart, with almost everything and anything you could ever need.

I’ve never had an issue at this store, and I regularly visit.

As K-Marts go, it was fine. Giving it a 5 as I can't think of anything to mark it down on. Would visit again.

Was surprised at the bargain price of an outside table: $9.00! Some shelving is empty, not sure why. Staff are nice.

Good range of products at great prices. A bit more thought required about where they place products on the shelves. I don't necessarily have hours to search every shelf to find what I need.

Good selection of products. Nice staff. But I still totally disagree with the registers being in the middle of the store.

I had to make a return as my speaker i bought had broken and return was quick and easy the money was back into my account instantly great customer service

Always a great selection of products. Just a bit short during this busy time and with Covid restrictions.

Poorly stocked staff couldn't tell me if they sold rather shirts found one totally black option (hot?) mm not impressed

Very confusing layout with different sections of clothing or household items spread out all over the store. For example I went to the men's shoes and then had to walk to the opposite end of the entire store to get to Kids shoes, payments are all processed in the centre in a large kiosk that seems to make the ergonomic flow of the store grind to a halt. Terrible floor plan but other than that its a Kmart and you can buy your homemaker necessities here cheap.
