Kmart Coffs Harbour

Beautiful store but having no staff to serve and no choice except to go through self serve is a disgrace. I do not want to HAVE to be your staff member

We were in the photo department of your store and we were so impressed by Emily and Mira, the young girls who looked after us, nothing was to much trouble as I needed help with my photos, such well mannered pleasant girls 10 out 10 for the service they gave us

Great staff and pretty decent range. Unlike the stores in the bigger cities that look like the shelves have been ransacked.

#TRANSPHOBIA the security woman on the front door Cofds Harbour store just mocked me. Then said u hadnt scanned my shopping. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR CHRISTY MCNICOL

I tried locating a puzzle book for kids and asked two different people for assistance and was basically left to keep looking without help. Also the choice of music played throughout the store eventually drove me out. No sale.

I wish to congratulate your store on the wonderful staff you have working there. They are always so helpful. I especially want to thank your staff member (I think her name is Savannah) at the Service Desk who has always been happy to help me at the photo lab and especially for her exceptional service yesterday with an issue I had that she sorted in no time and with a smile on her face. Nothing was a problem even though she was finishing her shift in 5 mins… very refreshing, great experience and wonderful customer service.

One would think that click and collect would be faster. Unfortunately not the case when the collect portion of the transaction takes 30min

Great store with easy to navigate layout and lots of product availability. But the 5* experience I received came from the young girl at the customer service check out today. She was so warm and helpful; with innate and impeccable retail skills. Thank you so much!

Excellent range of products. Shopped at 8am and lots of staff restocking and available to help with finding product. Store is well stocked, great variety of items and the prices truly are amazing. Plenty of parking in the multi storey carpark.

Used to look forward all year to travelling from grafton to kmart in Coffs but stock has reduced alot and seems more like an old warehouse now

Great shop very well set out but don't like the check out in the middle instead of the entrance

My experiences here are usually pretty good but had a very disappointing one today.
Arrived at the service desk to collect a click & collect order to see two customers already waiting. They told us they'd rung the bell for help twice by the time we had arrived, so we rang a 3rd time. We were still waiting a while before we had any help.
A worker walked out and didn't acknowledge us before walking back into the office area. They eventually came back with another worker and we all got served. Unfortunately the service was quite lacklustre and the workers weren't overly friendly or polite.
Don't really recommend using click & collect services, but I always love browsing the store in person

I had a great experience. I was looking for a product which the website said was in stock for my store. I couldn't find it and found a staff member who found it straight away. It took a little while to find a staff member and I know this is just due to staff issues with so much sickness and isolation due to covid. Parking is really great and all undercover. Steps can easily be avoided and it's close to really nice toilets inside the centre.

Clean store and friendly staff.
However, they have a very limited selection of men's and boy's clothing.
What they do have, is very plain looking and too many dark colours in summer as well. It's depressing.

The range of clothes for women and girls, on the other hand, is nearly double in each department.

Good for the ladies, not so good for the men.

Awesome shop love their products unfortunately don't expect to be served at a checkout here it's a rare occasion it's all self service with one lone staff member left to sort out the kafuffle of customers needing help because of computer error Awesome shop but.

I love Kmart. They have an abundance of quality housewares. I do wish they had prettier clothes though.

Always helpful. Sparse on staff, at times, which can be frustrating! But generally great. Excellent variety of real quality, to real budget, merchandise. Thanks folks. Helena.
