This was one of the most terrivle customer service I have ever experienced. I came to the store where it was available 'online', hence I asked employee who was passing by about it. She didn't care to stop or have a look at it and asked me what the name meant. When I described where it would be used, she said it is not sold usually but would be in the Christmas section, but it is commodity that is out there in Kmart. Since she neglected my requeat of looking at it I went and asked another employee, when she just walked straight to her and said it is not available. I then got to know that she is the manager called 'Fatima'. Im not sure why this so called manager even didn't know what's on the store and more importantly her arrogant and very unprofessional mannwr of handling request.

KMART FOR EVERYTHING KMART IS LIFE but Chatswood Kmart probably needs a little more range. A couple items online (collect next day sorta things) aren't in stock.

Kmart refunded my mattress topper, so that’s a good thing (one more star).

It still irks the Couriers Please didn’t even leave a card in my letterbox, as they were never here and Kmart are acting like that’s ok.

I won’t shop online with Kmart anymore. Only in store.

I have to say this is possibly the worst service I've ever received and surprised that it has come from Kmart, who are normally top class with their service.

Not only has my parcel not been delivered, but tonight when I was chatting with an Agent, Monina (not Monica), using the 24/7 chat service at 11: 20pm on Monday, 31/07/23 - she disconnected! She hung up on me before she had answered my question.

Delivery Issue:
I ordered a couple of items off kmart.electric blanket and mattress topper.
The electric blanket arrived no problems.the Guy buzzed the intercom and left the parcel just inside the front door downstairs in my apartment block.

However, today Couriers Please were supposed to deliver the mattress topper. Suddenly I get an SMS telling me they were unable to deliver it and I have to pick it up from somewhere. They didn't buzz my intercom, or ring my mobile as per instructions. No missed calls. Nothing. I doubt they were even in my street.

Why do I have to waste time finding out where they have taken it? Then going down and getting it?

To add insult to injury when I tried to chat to an Agent, I provided all my details and then outlined the situation.no answer.so I'm waiting thinking, is she there?

Finally I get told:
"As per Couriers Please, the parcel needs to be collected at the post. Kindly contact them for the delivery.apologies we will have this lodge to Couriers Please for the status. " Then she said goodnight and disconnected! Incredibly rude.

This is very disappointing. Why do I have to follow up with Couriers Please? Why don't Kmart follow up with Couriers Please.

I really think that Kmart should send me another mattress topper. If Kmart can't rely on Couriers Please or even contact them to find out what’s going on, maybe they shouldn't use them.

This is terrible customer service. I paid for the item and I paid for it to be delivered.and so far, nothing! Kmart has not kept up it's end of the bargain.

I would like a refund or my parcel to be delivered please.

Would love to give 0 stars if that were possible. Shelves are all either messy or empty, staff are rude and the entire store is disappointing.

We have been shopping in Kmart for many many years since Ted was the security guy at the front door, living in the area, and would like to praise one of the staff at the checkouts and front door, I think her name is Susie who always deliver remarkably great customer service and one of the most hardworking retail staff we have known.
As a retail staff myself I know how hard is it to deal with difficult customers especially in this day in age.
But no matter how busy it is and with less staff, Susie's professional work etiquette always delivers. Other staff there have a lot to learn from her.
Hope the managers see this and give her some recognition.

Great place to shop as always kmart is cost effective and good quality.
However, Linda should absolutely not work behind the counter in customer service. No etiquettes and absolutely rude.

This has got to be one of the busiest K Mart stores in Sydney. Big, bright and modern, K Mart shines as the place to spend for budget kitchen appliances and home accessories. Not to mention also the plethora of children's, women's and men's wear, at incredibly low prices. Photo processing, audio, electrical, gym accessories, gaming, toys, sports equipment, the list is way big. And at very very very competitive prices. You could decorate a house, change your whole wardrobe, buy car and gardening stuff.you'd need a truck! Located at the top of the travelator in Chatswood Chase, you can't miss it!

The closest one to where I live on the nothern beaches. Unfortunately everything I was looking for was out of stock and the store itself was confusing and easy to get lost in. I won't be going back soon

While we are in Autumn and preparing ourselves for winter season, you find the men section in Kmart putting more than 80% of the shirts & T-shirts short sleeves, meanwhile all other shops around like Target, H&M, Louis.are ready with winter clothes

Standard Kmart across the country. You can get almost everything you need in here. The price is good and they have a very wide range of items to buy.

It's not dirty or awful. It's just aggressively average. Like if you could be great at being average you'd basically be k-mart.
This one is fine.

Website stock is not accurate. I traveled 30 minutes to the store to find out they didn't have the item I wanted. I had to stay in the store for 30 minutes to find someone who could help me and then figure out I'd have to leave with empty hands. Don't go there without calling (website not trustworthy) with you're lucky that someone will pick up the call.

I went to customer service desk and very disappointed with their shopkeeper's service.
The lady who was there was very rude and speaks intimidatingly.
I can not understand why someone like her is responsible for customer service.
I doubt the recruitment criteria of this store.
