Kmart Casula

I went to store tonight and I approached one of the staff and she dropped what she was doing and assisted me promptly. I got her name as I was very very happy with her service. Debbie is a great asset to the Casula team thank you for your assistance.

Photo service centre was great! Alec and Giovanni were super helpful and made my experience super easy, much easier than any other store I’ve experienced!

What is this I was putting on my new eye cream that I just took out of the box and I saw this coming out of the bottom it smells really bad someone tell me what it is

No use calling Kmart Casula. No one answers the call especially during CORVID. Bought the items but no one there to talk to.

This is a very good place to shop if you want anything and also it's a pretty good place for delivery nearly everything is in stock

Typical Kmart. Useless staff, only one of them works the register at a time whilst the other 10 stand around doing nothing except chat to each other.

Reason for a 1 STAR RATING is because when I go in and ask them to check the back for a item they just say if there's nothing on the floor then there's nothing left in the store. (THEY JUST NOT BOTHERED TO DO THERE JOB AND HELP CUSTOMERS PROPERLY). I was at a different location Kmart tonight and and the lady looked at the back for me but there was nothing so she searched what store had a lot in stock and it came up with CASULA. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I like shopping here for kids clothes amd other things but i can never find clothes in Tween sizes for my girls. Always sold out so I have to online shop which takes a couple of days to receive. But the store is looking better

What a well staffed store, a special mention to a staff member named Deb. Nothing was a bother for her, a real people person.

24 hours automatically grants a perfect rating. They have a number of products for the home, entertainment, the outdoors and a wide range of children's products. Great for those forgotten or last minute gift ideas!

Open 24/7 makes it easy to go there late at night and shop without the hassle of the shop being packed, especially in these COVID times.

Kmart here is 24/7 open, but with that comes with another problem, some isles are really disorganized and some of them had entire stands on the floor, so I had to note that down while visiting to buy some stuff, and don't get me started on the guy on the entrance, that guy always chases me with his eyes and I can tell that he is very suspicious, but the thing is that I never liked when people stare at me so yeah that guy was really weird and I had my stuff in my hands and I had a receipt, nonetheless good experience not terrible 3/5

Open 24/7 but always very messy. Staff are not engaged and hard to find as are some of the products. But cheap as any other kmart

50 workers, and only 2 were doing there job. We opted to have curb side pick up for our click and collect (as it was on our journey inland) and was met with a number of problems. Firstly, there was no such thing as curb side pick up, when I called the Kmart the staff member said to come to front of the store to collect the items, so we did and when we got there, we got told they don’t do that either and we had to go in store. Kmart uses a booking service online that allows for a smooth transition, however apparently this store doesn’t use the app as it ‘doesn’t work’. Then as we go to the service desk, there was another person in front of us waiting to be serviced whilst 6 team members stood in the nearby isle to see them having a hula hoop competition. It looked like an episode of super store, a kids playground with a bunch of teenagers running around after school. After waiting five minutes we were finally served by a nice young gentlemen, he was great. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I dislike companies wasting money on employees who aren’t doing their job.

Who doesn't need to buy 12 cushions at 3am after buying nuggets and realising Kmart is 24hrs in the area. Seriously shop here!

Customer service is atrocious, they just watch and stare at self-serve until you ask them for help. Also, I have seen the same pile of dust sitting on the floor for the past TWO WEEKS - TIDY UP, PLEASE!

I like Kmart Casula but am giving 2 stars purely because of the terrible Photolab computers. They do not work! I tried to print photos in store and all the machines were broken, either parts were missing, the bluetooth wouldn't connect, the usb ports weren't working or the touch screens were not responding. Every time I have gone here to print photos the machines haven't worked. Wants the point of having them there if they don't work?

Brunch service was a little slow. They had too many backorders and needed help. Hopefully they can get a better flow and achieve greater turn over. Food was alright. If you want coffee than good stop by. They have a window for to go food

Kmart Casula provides the best customer service to its customers. They have on-going sales from time to time. The main reason I would recommend Kmart Casula is because of the number of checkouts as well as the availabilities of products. It’s located in Casula Mall, which makes it easier for people to shop around. The parking lot can get packed, but due to the reconstruction of the back car park. Everything will go back to normal once it’s done.

Edit: Eleanor and Ayellanah are the best workers, ask for them when you go in; they will assist you with a friendly smile!

The Customer Service i've received from Nicholas Samuel Conrad Martin was amazing, He is nice and always calm, After he finishes his shift we always go out and flog the green demons while slapping, I've heard he has been saving for a hair transplant as his hairline is going back in time. If you could give him a little pay rise he will be able to afford an appointment with ashley and martin. Thank you
