47Smile is a luxury for the service desk people. They are sooooo rude and not helpful. Need more training.
The worst service of my life. The young boys at the service desk were incredibly deceitful and have zero empathy towards their customers. When I wanted to find a new book that was online, they told me to take a look at the bookshelves. I told one of the blokes that I did and it’s not there, then mentioned that the website says that it’s in stock, he proceeds to tell me that there’s nothing he can do and I tell him to find out if it’s in the back. He grabs a mid-fifty’s woman and she was cold towards him and it seems like she was incredibly tired of his unprofessionalism and laziness. Which is true, but not only that, he was very selective on who he is kind to. So I basically, got treated poorly because of what? The kind of book I was looking for? My weight? I don’t know.
Long story short, she couldn’t find it and neither is one of the other blokes. I told him in the most kindest way possible that the bloke I spoke to firstly, needs to be trained on to be kind to their customers. A “I see” will not do anything. As a matter of fact, a real way to end this is me stating that I will never come to this store again. Rouse Hill BEATS your store entirely when it comes to customer service. Incredibly shocked by how the Castle Hill Kmart was so incredibly selective on who to be kind to but not only that, their staff members are unprofessional and they show laziness. I left the store feeling like I was the enemy, but all I wanted was a book. ONE book.
It's close to the yellow car park. One of the more organized Kmarts I have been to recently. Staff is super friendly when you approach them but they sometimes seem like they're running away from customers. They even have a whole space for express printing eith multiple computers so the wait isn't very long. They close later than target so if you missed stuff at target because it closed early, chances are you eill find similar products here.
Anyone else love coming into Kmart just to see the guy at the front who is always so welcome and happy? !
Staff are few and far between.
You have to keep going up to the
front desk for them to call
someone, if they come, call
them again. If it's important and
you you have the time to wait,
do so, remembering the person
who comes to help you might
not even be from the section
you want help with and have no
idea themselves.
If you can't wait, just leave.to wait, if not, just leave.
I went there a few days ago, store was really BUSY I was looking for an item in kitchen section, i asked one of the staff named Julian to check the items quantity and without even checking on her system and very rudely she told me they don’t have any. Keep in mind she didn’t even have a face mask. When I went back to work (I work in the same shopping centre), I was REALLY MAD and told my workers about it they said they’ve had the same experience with this red haired lady. VERY pathetic. NEVER going there again and I’ll make sure to tell everyone how rude and aggressive she is. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Disgusting management for employing people like Julian.
I honestly HATED kmart before this, but thanks to CHARLOTTE and SHAYLA, I now love it. I would sleep there if I could. They were genuinely so nice and helpful.

I’ve been trying to call Kmart in Castle Hill for the last hour, and no one has picked up. I’ve got a toddler who’s crying because we bought her a Bluey bike, the tyre was flat when my husband put it together.
Trying to call to see if I can bring it back with the receipt.
Your customer service is shocking.

One of the best stores. Clean and tidy. Doesn’t look like a tornado went through the store like some others.
This review is only related to pet toys. Poorly stocked when it comes to pet toys, they are hardly ever stocked. We have to go to Merrylands instead, they’re always stocked
Not organized for click and collect orders, had to wait half an hour even though I booked an appointment.
So understaffed, I waiting an hour for someone to get photos that were already printed. All they had todo was put it into a bag and give it to me. I wasted so much time.
This Kmart is messy. The price tags are misleading and they won't match the price at checkout, they won't even apologize for it. Check your receipt every time.
I generally enjoy shopping at this store but today I needed to buy a pair of thongs to wear after my pedicure. Not too big an ask mid-Spring, the 2nd week of November, in fact. ONE SINGLE PAIR available in the entire Shoe Department. Haven't management been told about Australian seasons? Big problem Kmart Buyers. Get your act together!
This is a lovely place but not much service to find help to find anything and no seat to try on shoes ect, but good stock x
The click and collect system here really needs an overhaul. At other comparable stores they have shelves cleared out and orders alphabetised so that when customers say they’re here, they’re actually able to pick up the items they’ve paid for — not left waiting for ages and ages without hearing a single name being called out. Packaging orders and still finding items when customers arrive after receiving a confirmation text is not only poor form, it’s really inconsiderate of your customers’ time. Even though we’re in lockdown and nobody has anywhere else to be, I can think of hundreds of places I’d rather be that aren’t outside the entrance to Kmart.
Gotta love Kmart. They've got almost everything you need and reasonably priced (note they're not a grocery store). Love shopping at Kmart
I ordered click & collect thinking it would be a COVID-safe experience. How wrong. I had to walk all the way to the back of the store and wait in a queue to collect. Not sure why I had to book a pick-up time.
Terrible experience. And now multiple K-Mart stores are COVID hotspots in Sydney. No surprises there. Avoid this chain of stores.
$8 trackies, $30 no lace shoes and $12 thermals
Perfect attire while I paint my backyard fence, build a tiny home prototype and what not, in this sh** weather.
Oh and a $3 scarf
The WORST website on the face of earth. Come-on sort you website out. Learn from companies like ASOS, Iconic or Myer. Very pathetic.
