Not the cheapest store in MacArthur Square, but it's very large with a wide range of products

Getting called gutter rat by one of the employees a few times because of my indigenous blood line I'll use big w in future

Pretty disgusted with the service here recently. I called the store to see if they were open due to Covid and was told they were only open for click and collect. That's fine, more then happy to do that so I proceeded with purchasing goods online. I then waited a few hours and headed to the store. When I get there I see a sign saying to call the store to organise a pick up time before coming to the store.

How am I meant to know that I am suppose to call and organise a pick up time before coming when I only get told this info when I arrive? It wasn't mentioned on the phone when I rang prior.

I had only ordered one item so I figured I would try my luck with the girl sitting out the front on her phone. I thought maybe she would be able to go and grab the one item. But I guess that was a bit optimistic. Keeping her eyes on instagram the girl tells me they are too busy today and can't guarantee that my goods will even be ready but close of business. I mentioned that the website stated that orders placed before 12pm would be ready by 4pm but she just shrugged and again advised that they were too busy.

Not really good enough Kmart.

Not happy with the treatment I received today. Went in store and tried to purchase something at the ‘Service’ counter, when my pre-paid credit card was having issues. The checkout clerk (her name was Tasma), went and grabbed to whom I assume the manager, by the name of ‘Jacqueline’— she had purple/pink glasses on her head and her hair was worn out. My credit card issues were resolved once I realised the issue, but the pure disgusting attitude and aggression towards me because of the inconvenience really upset me, especially when it was clear she was in a management position and was guiding these co-workers- kids, in customer service. Really disappointing and embarrassing on your end.

Amazing place. This place has all the essentials and more. And at the lowest price possible! They have everything from fake plants to face masks. Although this kmart is no diffrent from any other. Great service here.

Excellent specials for "Operation Christmas Child" children in 3rd world countries. Very excited to be able to show them God's love. THANK YOU Kmart.

It's got what we want cheap, always can get more of the same if your on a budget. I want designer too, but there too expensive just for 1 item. I'm stuck with Kmart, it's great never change.

It's Kmart so it's bog standard in almost every way but when we left our purchases at the cafe outside (not even in the store) the staff at Kmart went above and beyond retrieving our bag from the cafe and holding it until we could get back to pick it up. Excellent customer service!

Very pleasant experience, product we were looking for was not on the floor but the young girl that helped us went out the back to collect it for us, even though she was clearly very busy! Only sorry I didn't get her name. Good service like that deserves praise!

They are struggling with a lack of stock. Understand why but surely they must have some idea when replacement stock will be arriving

KMART is following Target trends! Good! I do however, find Kmart better in terms of discounts than Target, if a bargain is what your looking for, then Kmart in general do have a good range of products with fair pricing. Average staff/customer services. Like a previous reviewer commented 'a well stocked $2 shop!

Decently stocked but didn’t get what I came for. Staff member “Matt” was very helpful and kind. Thank you Matt. I had asked one of the male workers in the household isle, next to the kitchen section, I had asked where a pizza cutter was as I could not find it. His answer was “I dunno, sorry” and continued on with his work. Luckily I came across another man called “Matt/Matthew” who wasn’t in the kitchen section either (because nobody was at the time), and he actually had helped me as to where it is. Another day I came in store and found him again and he gladly showed me where gym mat’s where (they had none) and had searched using his scanner if the store had any. Thank you Matt for your amazing work attitude toward customers, the manager should really speak to workers about being more helpful!

Nice and big Kmart.you'll find most of the stuffs here that you usually look in Kmart. Clothing for all ages, baby stuffs, toys, manchester, shoes, electronics, books and lot more.in Kmart, you'll always find something to buy.

The monkeys were extraordinary seeing such a wide variety of land animals is very impressive, i will come again for sure!

The customer service makes this place what it is, always a joy visiting and picking up nice things for my friends and relatives

Messy display of products, hard to find any size6 shoes here or even at Narellan K Mart! The K Mart Buyers should up their game asap!

Always love shopping at Kmart. Store looks a bit messy most if the time but otherwise always a good shopping experience.

I love this place cause they sell awesome clothes & other kinds of stuff. I love to go shopping here cause they always make it so cheap there.
