Worst service.
I was looking for car cover and I couldn’t find it. I approached to one of the staff but she was rude and just avoided me. She didn’t even bother to listen to me.
Yes I know it’s busy and they be attending a lot of customers but being rude and avoiding customer is not acceptable.

I'm a bit slow with writing a review that happened to me a few weeks ago, but the Burwood Kmart team do not have that problem. Very attentive and quick in helping with my bean bag situation. Special shout out to Noah who went up and beyond in helping me getting bean bag beans when there weren't on the shelves but at the back. My party was saved because of his caring nature.

He was surprised at my appreciation which was shocking. If everyone could be nicer to retail staff that would be great.

Click and collect:

Was updated in less than 12 hrs ready to collect. Haven’t been to the store but front of store. Service was quick.

Anna was very rude. Item was listed as sale price for $7 for model and colour and Anna insisted it was $15

The phillopino women at the refund service desk has accused me of stealing my returns everytime I go to refund. She and the woman at the front door are so arrogant they think they own the store. This behaviour has affected my mental health and now I'm too scared to go back because I have a disability they push me around. Rightfully I can claim for what t gf ey have done to me mentally. I have been a customer at Kmart for 40 years and these two miserable moles have made me not want to go there. It's daunting. They are duscrinating me and now I can't go to my local store. This is the full time day staff at the front door and service desk.

The staff are lazy, I asked to check if the item still available but they're not really helpful at all so I go to different shops. Customers service is the worst in Westfield.

Don’t ever shop from these people.ordered few items 21days ago and not even moved.when tracking it says posted.god knows where it went.when contacted them they have no idea.something ordered after was received

Attended this morning with the intention to purchase a large number of items which would not fit in a carry basket. However, only pay trolley's were available. As we didn't have any change using one of these trolley's was not an option. We asked the attendant on duty at the main entry if they had the larger type baskets on wheels available and were told - "they had been stolen and perhaps we may like to go and get a free trolley from another store".
We ended up looking through the store and decided to move on because we can't physically carry everything we want to buy.
This is very disappointing because we had checked the store's website for the items we intended to purchase and came along ready to make the purchases, but because they was no way we could carry them, we left without anything.
A simple question - why cant't the door attendant have change to provide to customers who do not have $1 or $2 coins readily available when entering the store - our problem would have been resolved and Kmart would have benefited from our purchases.

Really super late with the stuff. I ordered some stuffs for click and collect, thought it might be quicker than delivery but it was just waste of time. I ordered 3 days ago and still it wasn’t ready for pick up yet. U guys mention that it will be ready in 24 hrs but in reality it’s nothing like that. Very bad service.

Very frustrating as no one picks up the phone! Trying to ask questions about my click and collect within the opening hours as well!

Can U tell me why I have to wait after the one who's pick up time is later than me? ! They just arrived early than me but I was on time. And why your staff couldn't understand what did I say and just let me wait? !

Its quite a good store when it comes to its prices and items, yet I ordered a click and collect order before 12 pm yet it took 3 days to be ready. I tried to call up about my order yet no one answered the phone, I was ringing for about 2 hours in total. I understand that they are very busy, yet they should make time to answer their phones.

Most of the times it's fairly maintained with stock level and staff are also helpful, but in some instances the stock availability is uncertain due to busy times. Could be helpful if you find the availability of stock before visiting.

The customer service at this one was great… we all go to Kmart n we all have very low expectations from their service point of view but this place helped me which saved me hours so I am very great-full to them

Disgraceful, fix your click and collect or don't offer it! And pick up your phone for once, I refuse to believe your lunch break during lock down is 6 hours

Went to Burwood Kmart to “click and collect”, gave them bar code and they still couldn’t find the things I bought. End up they found them after 30mins.
Went to Ashfield Kmart on the same day and I got my things less than a minute.
Never shop at Burwood Kmart again!

I come to the store for a two dollar product (one quantity), they tell me i have to do click and collect. I done the click and collect, I ask them after 15 minutes if it's ready and they say no come back tomorrow this was in the afternoon. So you're telling me I have to wait 12 hours for a staff member to bring me a little item. It's a joke the lady didn't even have any respect and just walked away. This isn't retail. You're not above the customer, stop sitting around and do your job. At my store if management found a staff member acting like this, there would be consequences.

Kmart here is just like the other ones with only one difference and that is that this one is not that gloomy like the others. I mean it is illuminated with light and there are no dark areas here.

Went to returns counter, saw 5 staff behind counter with only 1 serving customers. Asked if anyone of the 4 could help. Completely ignored. In meantime more customers waiting. 4 staff then left counter without looking at customers. No service whatsoever. Worst Kmart in Australia. Untidy, poor layout, shelves often empty or untidy. Compared to other stores Burwood has no pride in its store, which flows through to the way staff ignore their customers.
