Kmart Broadway

Put checkouts in middle of store. No receipt provided at checkout was stopped by security leaving Kmart and treated like a criminal for their own screwed up system. Low quality clothing didn't last long anyway

Spacious store with a very good layout. Plenty of options available and reasonably priced. Staff members offer assistance when asked for. Good shopping experience with quite a few self serve checkouts available. Two hours free parking available in Broadway mall.

I ordered something online to collect in the store, although it was in stock it still wasn't available to collect for 22 hours. Most stores are within 3. The line at the counter was large, only 2 staff, don't blame them for being rude. Not a good experience at all.

I would have given 5 if it weren't for their shocking new layout. It was perfect before and now it's deliberately confusing so that it's harder to find what you're after and you stay longer than you need to. It's pretty obvious it's to encourage people to spend more on things they didn't intend to buy.

You get almost everything you need here and at a reasonable price. Do look for special offers when they cut down the prices to half or even more. My go to place for everything I need to buy for day to day use, cosmetics, sports wear, exercise equipments, footwear, clothes, bed and bath, kitchen wears, oh the list goes on and on.

Being in the middle of CBD and near to unis.you can get almost all items which are generally out of stock elsewhere.

Kmart broad way is a great place to take the kids, or family. Very large open and easy to access. Long free 2 hours parking to get the shopping done and friendly helpful staff. Would pick here to shop for all my regular house items. Great stuff:)

I bought a Christmas tree and an box of ornaments just for $15. It’s always a good bargain in Kmart!

Huge, well stocked store with bargains a plenty. If you can't find it here, it either doesn't exist or simply isn't an essential. I'm particularly happy as my children and I forgot our swimmers, and within a few minute we all had brand new swimmers and towels for less than $25. Just amazing. I'm so happy I stopped by. Thank you!

You would think Click and collect would be a quicker more convenient option. What a mistake that is. Click and collect is a joke. It shouldn't take so long to get something off the shelf and put it away for collection. How can other companies have it ready in an hour and your store takes so long?
The amount of times I've seen your staff just diddle daddling around. Honestly so surprised it's taken so long.
Won't be doing it again.

There is everything about shopping in only one place.
Most stores close late.
Never try to get out by stairs instead of the lift. I tried that and I got locked for almost half an hour.

Love Kmart, so much savings and great quality products. Just wish the check out counter was still at the front

There's nothing more relaxing than mindlessly wandering around a Kmart looking at mass produced knick-nacks

This is really nice and the clothes are really cheap and affordable which is perfect for someone workingnclass like me

Don't like the new renovations with the cashiers at the centre of the store. Products are a bit hit and miss in terms of quality. It's great that the store opens till midnight without fail. Handy if you don't have time to shop during the day.

Went to buy a bike but it didn't had chains, and they didn't delivered, and online shopping which delivers won't assemble

Still beats Target for toys and home stuff.

Only annoying thing with this branch is that they have moved their tills to the centre of the store so everyone has to show their bags and receipt at the entrance. Seems silly and not thought out v well.

Big shop, got almost everything you need. Very convenient. I always go there for reasonable priced toys, clothes and homeward.

This KMart store is pretty good. It's just still a KMart store so expect great prices and ok quality, not great, but does the job

What happened to the gym fitness clothes at the Broadway store? Am disappointed there s nothing there
