Kmart Ballina

I’m no connoisseur of Kmarts but this one seems like a perfectly good one. There is heaps of parking and plenty of access to the parking. I almost always take tow a trailer on my work car and I’ve never not been able to get a park with the trailer at this place. Customer service is what do you would expect but there is usually someone around to try and coax some assistance out of if you need it.

Customer service was appalling! 2 younger staff members around the age of 16 at the checkout today decided to treat me as if I wasn't a human. This behaviour is not acceptable and rules should be reinforced on how to treat customers with respect. Although I love Kmart products, I will definitely not be purchasing from a company that allows their customers to be treated this way.

Had a good day shopping in Ballina for a change, also K Mart is not open in Lismore as of floods.

Pretty great got these apple iPhone earphones for my iPhone without having to buy an iPhone Jack separately and got a phone protector for a cheap price and has been working really well

Big spacious store with plenty of parking and easy access for a return mattress due to duplication. Wendy from Customer Service was clear and engaged in the details of the return. Good stock in the shop. Bought my mum a jumper and bro a shirt on our way out.

Very big store, was shocked about how different Kmart’s are at every place. Same great prices as always. However the employees seemed very irritated by the customers being there even though there was still and an hour or so till closing, they were switching off lights in the departments fairly early which I thought was odd so my partner and i paid for our things and left.

Just had a refit and is looking really good. Plenty of stock, however, it is not as ranged (larger amount of different product lines) with different products and brands as some of the larger Kmart’s are.

Ballina is my happy place, I find the store there less stressful than Lismore. As a plus size woman I find more clothes and their range seems more than Lismore. Overall better luck finding what we want there. Definitely go back. Plus I love that comes is next door, Big W an IGA are around the corner an better yet new Taco Bell is across the carpark. So shop an feed makes great day out.

Incorrect item tags, rude and degrading service, time wasting, substandard temporary waste.
This is an entire shop full of what you don’t need.
Think about what you actually want/need and shop for something that will actually last.
Shopping here is just burning your money.

Its kmart. If you're a woman you'll love it. There's some pretty decent and cheap stuff. Not much quality but.

Some reason the layout is better than lismore easier to locate and not so scattered like all the girls clothes are in one spot great!

Good size and great range of products, specially things that other stores don't often stock, kitchen stuff really stands out in this area.

I love my K mart experience.
The service is always good and the prices and range are fantastic. I especially love all the "ANKO" range. Particularly the men's range of T shirts. They have a longer sizing and they don't ride up your back when tucked in. You're on a winner Kmart. Love going there. Thanks team. ‍️

Big store, heaps of sheltered parking. Stocked always and close to many other shops. Love coming here for a day out.
