What a surprise and pleasure to receive outstanding help from Tilly at the photography and Service Counter. Tilly gave of her own time to assist me with creating my photo books and I was so appreciative. On my second visit Keenan was equally very skilled, patient and helpful.
Listening to all the staff working at the Service Counter I was most impressed. Despite queues of customers the staff remained courteous, charming, cheerful and efficient. Congratulations and thank you. You make a difference.

Long line of customers, only one person at register, all others are self-help. BUT for 2nd day running the disgusting sanitiser station at entrance! Surely KMart can afford a new mat under this?

This is a huge kmart store at Port Macquarie. Very handy when we had to make a quick run for a beany on a cold day in between our vacation. They had lot of options and ample space for parking.

Still don't like the checkouts in the middle.
Some staff were outstanding.

Saw this beautiful rainbow as we were heading back to the after some equally happy retail therapy @ Kmart, as always. So there, took my phone and snapped away. Just one of those little things that made this preggy (at the time this photo was taken) happy! Thanks!

Kmart is the worst for click and collect I gave up and went to bigw, and was some much easier to find things I wanted, much better website for online shopping

Great choices of items to choose from, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Each isle carefully planned and visually impacting. I love shopping here. The parking lot is often not full and easy to park in. Checkout counters have kind staff.

Definitely 5 star for store setup, stocking etc. First class. Then you get to the checkout. A very long double line and only 2 or 3 manned checkouts. So you front up to a self service and it hits the fan. Had to keep finding and calling over staff, who keep leaving. We don't work there. We don't know their system. Most frustrating. Never again.

I love kmart it's always a good place to go definitely when you have kids. And I run a tshirt business so blank clothing is good for samples for customers

Big newer store. Plenty of space & variety. Some great products at very reasonable prices. Aisles are not cluttered, which is a big plus for me.

Didnt have what I wanted but came out with something else. So it wasn't in vain. Will see how we go next time. Unsure weather trouble getting stock or keeping stock. Wasn't a staff member I could ask!

Always a pleasant experience in this store. It's spacious and uncrowded which helps me shop at my own pace without anxiety. The staff aren't pushy and overbearing but always available and happy to help. I feel really comfortable shopping here. They have great prices on everyday item to boot!

Well laid out, spacious and big. Seemed to have a good range, and good prices. Hadn't been to a Kmart for a while, and was pleasantly surprised!

Definately need more staff at the service desk. So I purchased an item yesterday, returned it today, paid eftpos seems a bit rude that the cash comes out of my account immediately, however I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded back.

Lovely big store, friendly staff, the Lady who does the changing room on this particular day (17th February) was so friendly and had a lovely attitude, which was lovely. Great range of children's and Adults clothing.

A really magnificent store! Very clean, plenty of parking spaces, spacious wide aisles, beautiful light coloured clean floor by the way!
Beautifully brightly lit, however, I find the store layout to be very difficult to navigate, particularly when you are after a specific thing and haven't got a lot of time because of physical constraints and illness.
The signing is very difficult to see if you're a shorter person even a for taller person it's quite difficult to get a good idea of a layout for what you're looking for because of the height of the displays. Staff we encountered were friendly, profesdional, kind & compassionate.we only got one out of 2 things we wanted but were grateful they were open on a Sunday afternoon late.

Hardly any stock left because of covid. Staff told me they didn't know when stock was coming (maybe the end of July) for a bicycle helmet.

Good looking, newer store. Unfortunately at the moment it is half empty and we usually end up leaving a bit disappointed.

Disappointing at the moment as there is very little stock. Last five visits I have walked out empty handed which is unheard of for me. Hope you get back to normal soon!
