23 Mmm, Knowledge! I went here to get a coffee plunger.
Arrived in the kitchen section, walk, walk and walk looking for said plunger. No where to be seen. Three staff around so asked one where I could find coffee plungers? Blank look! Looked up her phone and said yes come with me. Took me to the electrical goods and coffee machines. No, a coffee plunger, blank look again. A passing staff member was asked but nope, no idea. I left without a coffee plunger.
Please Kmart make sure your staff know what you sell, what it is and where they are.
It's such a shame when businesses aren't being managed properly especially a large store such as Kmart. They need to work together as a team if they want their store to achieve. Respect is also a two way street everyone should respect each other and nobody deserves a serve. My only 2 gripes I have are disrespectful employees and the checkout system which I think is ridiculous and simply doesn't work
Overall great experience. Can get busy at the self serve checkouts, so keep your ears open for the staff at the checkouts or those trying to help. Too many ignorant people blocking the lines whilst staff are trying to get you through
I’m a kmart worker at another store and I can say this is the messiest store I’ve ever seen… do you even do presentation here!?
Shopping was okay, don't like the way that you have to pay at the tills down the back of the shop, and then have to stop to show your receipt on the way out, especially if you have a lot of shopping in your basket.
Good sized kmart with the selection you would buy in a city store. What can I add? Kmart is just the best and this store has it all.
Has lots of stuff but has really become a $2 store. Quality of products has dropped over the years.
Apart from only being able to buy some socks, no singlets my size in fact vey few singlets at all, also wanted some boxes (underwear) once again none my size only small, medium, and large had to go to checkout to try find someone to help when they arrived was told sorry but hadnt had any in in a while. So overall not good.
Kmart would get 5 stars if it put the counter back at the front. Friendly staff, well stocked, everything you need, good prices.
Stop the mid store payment and the showing of the receipt. FFS.u pay.u get a receipt.it gets put away.but oh no.u got to get it out again before u leave. Isnt that great a process.
Very helpful owner who gave us great advice on local things. Clean, tidy, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. A definite place to which to return.
Great bargains and easy to find. Plenty to pick from. My problem is if left alone in Kmart I'd go broke and have nowhere to put everything lol
Got what I wanted promptly but noticed that some stock is affected by importation problems. No floor staff. You pretty much find it yourself. Register experience is like a cattle race and help staff are surly.
I have a thing for kmarts in general. What can I say
. I had my first date there with hubby albeit in one in Sydney. This one is clean and tidy. Shelves are a little bare and waiting to be replenished. But still found size 3-5yr old girls school winter tights which no kmart had I in Sydney had. Score!
Not good check outs in middle of the shop as you have to show goods purchased and docket on way out of Kmart
I hate the new setup kmart uses for checkout, in the centre of the store, so you have to show your receipt at the store exit.i put my receipts in my wallet, so have to remember to leave receipt out or take it out of my wallet at exit, either way extremely annoying.
Good range of stock and prices but who was the morron that moved the checkouts to the middle of the store?
Love this shop as there is heaps of variety and can always find what im looking for love this place heaps.
Good bargains only thing is why have the checkouts in the middle of the store is silly for many reasons mainly security.
I like the current visual merchandising. Well set out departments. I am unsure of the central payment hub. It seem that you have to go through two steps to get put of the store rather than one. The staff at Wagga are very helpful.:)
