Really happy with my experience at Kloster Volkswagen with Shannon and the team.

It was my first new car purchase for a decade but I had concerns from bad memories of car dealers who simply lie to you (“Fred Smith said he was running home to get a deposit and is coming back but if you sign now I will sell it to you” or “I am going to go out the back and see if the boss will budge”) or who try to lock you up in a room and other tricks.

However it was nothing like that at all with Kloster. Shannon spoke about the range, let me try two cars and even take one home for the night, and at no time did I feel pressured or deceived or manipulated in any way. It was a good experience where Shannon simply gave me the facts and numbers and ultimately let the car speak for itself as I worked through a decision.

I proceeded - largely because the car was awesome and I loved it, but also because I really felt a lot of integrity from Shannon and comfort and confidence about the whole experience. There was absolutely no hard sell and I was able to ask all the questions I liked, crunch all the numbers, and explore the vehicles fully. I felt it was the start of a positive long-term relationship with Kloster Volswagen for servicing and for future vehicles for my wife and children too.

Now I just can’t wait to take it away and have a big long drive. Yippee!

The person i dealt with took 8 working days off in 3 weeks, sold the car i offered to deposit $10k for to ensure it was held. Awful communication, no transparency, dragged out the process, and then harrassed me after completion of the purchase of another vehicle due to their own paperwork issues.the emails actually looked like a scam. Surprised Volkswagen lets this group represent them.awful.

So stoked with my new T-Cross, Mitchell made the experience so much fun from start to finish and Katherine made the finance process so easy!

I recently bought my first ever brand new car, a Volkswagen Amarok Black Edition from the Newcastle team and had the best experience.

Lilian and Nathan from the sales team treated me with the upmost respect and their level of professionalism and brand knowledge is second to none. They walked me slowly through the steps to ensured I was fully aware of the processes of buying a new car. The finance team was additionally sublime in their expertise around financing and with their advice but with no pressure I chose the Volkswagen financing packages as they are far more competitive then the major lenders.

Upon arriving to pick up my new car, there is was sitting front and Centre on the showroom floor, both Lilia and Nathan swung into action and swapped over plates and had the Amarok ready to go within 15minutes. My 6 year old son was treated like a member of their family and had a great time buying a new car as well.

If anyone is seeking a new car I can only suggest the Kloster team, they are some of the best in the business in offering great value products and nothing is to much for them. 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for being honest good country people.
