We renovated our kitchen 2 years ago. The whole family is very happy with the outcome. One corner panel came off because of an accident recently. I called Andrew and he sent his team to fix the panel quickly and professionally. It is a testimony of their excellent services to look after their customers.

I could write an essay on the quality of customer care / design to customer requirements / consulting on "what will work" in our house layout / the physical installation of the cabinetry & appliances (as agreed) is perfect. We are absolutely ecstatic with our new KitchenKraft Kitchen.
This was our first major renovation. KitchenKraft came highly recommended from friends who had used them previously.
They have a great showroom where you can physically see examples of the different styles and colors that are available. The design process was straight forward with Michael expertly and patiently guiding us through every step of the way and helping us with our decisions.
Once the design was done, the highly professional and knowledgeable installation team including Rabi, Aymen, Ben and team did a stellar job installing it. They dealt with all issues promptly courteously and professionally and were on site when they said they would. Their work is really high quality.
Our new kitchen looks fantastic and even better than I even imagined it would be and we love it.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending KitchenKraft to anyone who is considering a new kitchen.

We had KichenKraft remodel our old and dated kitchen back in 2013. The owner, Franz came and gave us some wonderful advice for a re-design with ideas we had not thought of. We asked about having our laundry remodelled too and after Franz again suggested many design improvements and we decided to add that to the job. We accepted the quote and were more tham delighted with every aspect of the construction process. All tradesmen were very courteous and friendly and did an excellent job with attention to every detail that was so much appreciated. Franz would visit regularly during the construction stage to check everything was up to his high standard. We had a very fussy friend recommend KitchenKraft and it became obvious that the service and craftsmanship were outstanding that would please the most fastidious. The new kitchen and laundry with the new designs, have give much more workable space and both are greatly improved our home. The kitchen/family area is where the great majority of time is spent and as such, is so important. Recently our Panasonic Microwave broke down. We couldn't open the door and food was inside. We called KitchenKraft who sent one of their tradesmen to come and remove it and replace with new one we had purchased. We called to ask for the invoice and were told it was at no charge! This was not the fault of anything KitchenKraft had done 10 years prior, but a mechanical failure of the microwave oven. If that is not 'service above and beyond the call of duty' we don't know what is!
Kitchenkraft is a brilliant well run family company and Franz's two sons are a very important part of the success of the company.

Kitchenkraft came highly recommended from one of our friends who did a whole house renovation. We met with the then owner Franz and immediately felt like he understood what we were trying to achieve. It was a while before we were able to commit to our laundry and kitchen Reno at which point Franz had retired and his sons were running the business. We have been so incredibly impressed with everyone we have dealt with since. From Kate the designer to Andrew the owner and Karl and Billy who did our installation. Everyone was always very responsive and took immense pride in their work. They were always solution oriented and held their product to a high standard…to the point that they took a couple of cupboard doors back 3 times to get redone as they were not happy with some imperfections that I could not even see! The end product is just beautiful and we are so happy with it. It may have been more expensive then going with some big town franchises (which we have used before) but you can see where the extra money goes and it’s so worth it to have such a beautiful laundry, kitchen and tv cabinet! I would highly recommend the team at kitchenkraft.

We worked with the team at KitchenKraft recently to fully renovate our kitchen. We began the process with their designer Kate, who was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgable and professional. I had lots of requests when it came to the design and our kitchen space is relatively small however, Kate managed to include everything we asked for. She was also the only designer who let us see the designs before committing to the company - many other businesses wanted us to pay a deposit first. Kate was able to suggest design features based on the style that I described to her and she absolutely hit the nail on the head. During the installation, the team were exceptional. Carpenters/installers were on time and highly professional throughout the entire process. Their communication skills in updating us throughout the process were really helpful and the quality of there work was flawless. I have since had other trades comment on their workmanship. We are so impressed with the finish of the kitchen as well as the way in which trades went about executing them. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend KitchenKraft!

This company installed a kitchen for me a while ago. I was extremely pleased with the result. My 73 year old house needs all the help it can get. In the last week or so one of the wall units detached and crashed to the floor. The bricks are old, post World War 2, so probably not the best quality. I called at the office/showroom on Wednesday and on Thursday their installer came and effected repairs as required then reinstalled the unit. It looks perfect. I’m amazed at the brilliant job he has done, the speed at which it was done and can only recommend this business unequivocally to anyone needing its products and skilled craftsman. Thank you.

We had a KitchenKraft kitchen designed and installed over 20 years ago. In 2023 we decided to replace the original laminated benchtop for a caesarstone one, together with a freshly tiled splashback to spruce up the house. The rest of the kitchen itself has stood the test of time and now looks brand new again courtesy of their prompt service, professional advice and skilled installation. I have recommended this family owned business to many of my friends over the years and I am so pleased that they are still going strong and continue to deliver such high quality products and service.

Kitchen Kraft have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our project began with Kate coming out helping us endlessly through the planning stages. Billy and his brothers completed the installation. They were professional, polite and friendly boys. They work is to perfection, so neat and precise. Billy was always on par throughout the project with communication.
The trades brought in to complete the pluming, electrical and stone masonry were brilliant.
All for a fantastic price. We’ve found in recent times how hard it is to get a trade that is reliable, capable and professional. Kitchen Kraft have been a breath of fresh air- ticking all those boxes and more.

We had Kitchenkraft install a new Kitchen in our Unit about 6 years ago. No problems in all that time. A fantastic job from start to finish.
Recently due to weather changes we have had some small wall movement and the large pantry door has had issues closing. Not just hinge adjustment needed.
We had them come and check the problem and it was fixed with a single visit. Removal of door and panel, recut panel, re-glue and reinstall.
Such a good job there was no need to repaint the wall.
We would highly recommend Kitchenkraft.

The team at Kitchen Kraft were fabulous! We had a relative new kitchen but our house had some extreme water damage in the rains and we needed to get to the wall behind the kitchen cabinetry. It seemed like the best time to design our new kitchen. From design to installation the team were fabulous, kept us in the loop with any delays and when they say they will be there at 7am they are there at 7am unlike the builders for the rest of house!
They have a great team of electricians, plumbers all working like clockwork. We had kitchen, bookshelves, lounge cabinetry and laundry done and we love it! So many great suggestions that just suit our lifestyle. Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with KitchenKraft for the past 12 years. Firstly they designed and installed a new kitchen, bathroom cabinets in two bathrooms, lounge room cabinets and a total fit out of our study with shelving and cabinets.

The quality of the work and the timeliness of construction and installation was truly excellent. Twelve years on, there is NOT ONE problem with any of the work they did; not one hinge has had to be adjusted, not one drawer has needed replacement or adjustment. Everything is as it was 12 years ago when it was installed.

Since then KitchenKraft also travelled up to the mid north coast (of NSW) to design, construct and install a new kitchen and bathroom in our holiday unit. The design was amazing, making use of every inch of space available in a small unit; improving enormously on the original kitchen and bathroom designs. This work too, is as excellent today as it was when installed 9 years ago.

Based on the quality of the work that KitchenKraft have done for us over the years, many of our friends and relatives have also had KitchenKraft do renovations and installations of various types for them.

I cannot recommend KitchenKraft more highly. They are extremely professional and friendly and provide the highest quality work and design. Everything fits to the millimeter.

The only problem with their work is that it doesn't deteriorate and so there is no need to renovate or renew every 10 years or so!

From my initial phone call to the visit by their kitchen designer and the installers everyone we extremely knowledgeable, professional and did what they said they would do.
