Great kitchen but poor service and care. All sub-contractors they use don't want to know about who were over budget and over time (by triple amount of time expected). Lots of talk and no follow through or care. Would look at other kitchen companies as these guys don't care about the clients at the end of the day - a million issues that KC deny they are responsible for. When you spend $50K plus on a kitchen a little customer service goes a long way. Shame
