I recently had a fantastic experience at kismet Mechanic Shop. The boss, Mr. Sanjay, went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired promptly and at a fair price. His kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

What started off as a simple follow up phone call regarding a booking made on the weekend, to check roughly how long a general service would take, ended with the owner telling me I’m not booking a service with them as far as he’s concerned so I should take it up with my Dad. Sounded like a dig at my alleged lack of car knowledge as a woman, but what do I know. He literally ranted and yelled down the phone, barely giving me a chance to talk. This went on for about 20 mins. When I finally managed to get a word in, the few things I did ask regarding pricing and if I could have all of the general service things except for the engine oil change done (since I purchased my own oil and filter a month ago), were apparently too confusing and a waste of his time. Being berated over the phone for taking up 30 minutes of his time, when he was the one doing most of the talking, is not what I would expect from an “award winning” business. Absolutely appalling phone manner. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy:)

I have had many mechanical experiences through out my life but this one definitely is the best place to go to and i am going to refer almost everyone i know and specifically Nepalese people if you are scared of any sorts of Mechanical scams and overcharging then dont worry KISMET is the right place to go. The team is very amazing and very respectful. I have been there because my partner works in Berlina and she wanted me to try there and i am never been happy with any other mechanics ever. I really appreciate the work. I am definitely coming soon for my other car. And for the break/disk which i am told to change in couple months because they dont wanna charge you hectic money unless is really necessary.

Edit update: about two weeks ago the dreaded check engine light came on and I was worried that my baby was on the way out. Called Sanjay explained what happened and he was able to get me in for a check up even though they were backed up by months of bookings. Always happy with these guys, they not only look after your car they look after you, this is my Sydney mechanic forever now. Thanks Sanjay!

Very good place for servicing and repairs. Sanjay, Leon, Rishi and Ahmed and other staff are very well trained and have the expertise to correct all types of faults in a variety of vehicles. I have had Holden Calais and Nissan Pulsar serviced and repaired at Kismet Auto.

Absolutely one of the best customer service. Especially with VIP privilege, super fast, reasonable price, professional manner. Super friendly and one of the best business experience. Absolutely recommend from maintance to service to any check ups for personal cars

Replaced Radiator just today with New Radiator. Polite, friendly and on time. I'll write another review if no issue with Radiator after 3 months. Edited today, 2nd December 2021. As promised, I came back again, checked with Rishi for squeaky noise on each soft break, all checked and good. Rishi in particular is very knowledgeable and friendly. Other than the long wait if you're not pre-booked during peak periods, I would highly recommend to engage Kismet Mechanic for your car's needs.

The best mechanics I have ever been to. They really cared about the service they provided, they explained everything clearly and it is obvious they care about their customers. I needed new tyres to pass inspection and it was all done in 2 hours and I couldn't be happier. If you need a mechanic use Kismet.
