I went to Psychegetics for a Lomi Lomi massage. Therapist Pete blends the massage with Reiki making it incredibly relaxing, destressing and grounding. Highly recommended.

What an Experience! I didn't know what to expect from my 1st ever breathwork session. I only went to help my father with his blood pressure issues to see if it could help him but it's not really for that. I'm so glad it was a 2hr session as I would have felt rushed with 1 hour. This gave me time to really relax and Pete has such a calming and professional bedside manner that makes all the difference. He provided a safe and comfortable environment. I moved, I laughed, I cried, and I burped, I was going with the flow and in tune with my body after doing the breathwork exercises and I feel fantastic. Power to you Pete, Psychegetics is the way forward. Can't wait for my next session, I did my breathwork exercise that Pete recommended this morning and tapped into some extra energy, love it!
