Kings Cross Centre Pharmacy reviews
29This is the best pharmacy in Sydney! Knowledge and approachable staff have always been super helpful, I really like coming to see you guys!
All the staff are professional, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Best pharmacy in the area!
I go into this pharmacy to get my prescriptions, the staff are amazing. Melissa the pharmacist is so lovely and goes out of her way to help you, she was amazing with my elderly mother when she gave her the Covid vaccine. Aidan is Fantastic, wonderful customer service, he will always go the extra mile, so helpful, and nothing is a problem. All the staff make you feel welcome the shop has a lovely atmosphere and the service is great.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 23 years now, even if I now live in the inner west. Its nice to see Adan and Daniel. My adopted family.
I came to this place to find a similar medication to the one I was using in France (Daflon). The French assistant was very welcoming and tried her best to help me finding out the equivalent of the product in Australia. Unfortunately, she couldn't find anything so she referred me to the pharmacist (blond hair). After waiting for half an hour, she was not welcoming at all and answered straight away that the medication isn't available in Australia without giving me any advices or looking up for the product. I'm very disappointed.
Just went here to buy a product that was $169.99 on the Amcal+ website. When I got in the store, they were charging $179.99. They did not want to price match the price on their own Amcal+ website. They suggested for me to order online and click/collect from them. We had driven 30mins and figured in the scheme of things, we paid the $10 extra. But pretty poor experience that they could not price match. Even if they are a franchise, they could have accommodated. Not driving all the way here again.
I went here to buy a product that was $169.99 on the Amcal+ website. Arrived there and it was $179.99. Was told they couldn’t match the price on their own website.
They suggested I order online and do a click/collect! We drove 30mins to get there and in the scheme of things, opted to pay the extra $10.
Pretty poor experience. Will not go here again. Understand they are a franchisee but I don’t get that they couldn’t match their own price on the website.
Best to double check the ‘store’ vs the ‘online’ price, which the website did not say ‘online price only’, like some other sites.
Tried calling repeatedly to see if they had my specialist script in stock and continually got hung up on.
Won't bother using this pharmacy.
Arielle is wonderful! Today I had my second vaccine ans she couldn’t have been more helpful and comforting. Thank you Arielle for such a great service.
Because of the friendly staff and excellent service. Been going there for nearly 18 years now and will not go elsewhere even if I live in the Inner West now.
Thanks so so much to the awesome guy who answered all my questions and didn’t judge anything. Gave some great advice about liquid iron supplements and now feeling a lot better. Really recommend these guys!
Has everything you need including chemist, health food shops, bakery, gym, Coles, Liquorland, nail bar, dry cleaners and many other speciality stores. Brilliantly convenient
If you usually frequent this chemist in Kings Cross, please, consider giving another chemist your business. As they had signs on the doors advertising that they had hand sanitizer, I went in to check it out - they are charging $8 for 30ml and 50ml bottles (should retail at $3) and $27 for a 500ml pump pack!
Price-gouging at its worst, trying to profiteer from the current situation.
I certainly will never again get anything at Kings Cross Centre Pharmacy!
Very rude racist manager and poor customer service. I won’t buy anything or recommend anyone to go there. No respect and so rude. Shocker how he become a manager and how he got the job. I feel sorry for the owner to have such a person representing the business.
I would recommend others pharmacies around the area. Wonderful experience and staffs who go extra miles to deliver service and also respect customers.
Great place under 1 roof to do shopping and other things, with about 15-20 different stores, local varieties stores. Convenient is the key.
I only went to Coled and Liquorland. Both were excellent in products available, prices and bonuses.
Service is SO slow.they couldn't make a cocktail to save their life. Putt Putt is good but too crowded with large groups.need more experienced staff.
Kings Cross is the epicentre that is within 20 minute walking distance to the Sydney CBD, 10 minute walk to Rushcutters Bay Park. About a 35-40 minutes walk to Sydney Opera house. 20 minutes walk to China town. 10 minute walk to Oxford Street.
Kings Cross is the epicentre of the merge of the suburbs Darlinghurst, Potts point, Elizabeth Bay and Woolloomooloo. It is full of bars, restraunts, cafes, clubs, private art galleries open to the public, cosy small parks and is generally a very lively area. There are heaps of shopping centres and grocery shops, a train station and much more.
There is an abundance of travelers and hostels, hotels and motels.
I am not a great shopper so these are not my must favourite spaces, but as shopping centers go then this one is okay. Plenty of shops selling many different things. I am not a local, UK based, so I didn't go in with every day needs looking to be fulfilled, they had what I wanted though. Not too busy, clean and bright.
Collection of forgotten shops at King Cross
Has most of what you need from a Coles to a dry cleaner to good bakery
