Kingpin Bowling North Strathfield

Went to play some laser tag, our wonderful instructor Maxine was really nice, very helpful and really funny. 10/10 will come again.

Kingpin is a fabulous place to have a party at. The kids had a blast, parents and kids were very well fed and looked after, the hosts Shayla and Lauren were spectacular. They were kind, helpful, professional, excellent with the kids and literally ran the show. Thank you!

The laser tag and arcade was great! However, in terms of food, it took nearly a whole 30 minutes to determine if there was any food alternatives suited towards my gluten allergies. Please be advised to wait patiently for food allergies as it will take up a lot of your time.

Maxine and Anoop were amazing hosts at my daughter’s birthday. The party was stress-free. I just relaxed while they took care of everything. My daughter and her friends had a blast.

The only criticism I have for this place is that there should be hand sanitizer available in every lane! There was only one wall-mounted sanitizer across 10 lanes which was totally empty. When you’re sticking your hands in and out of shared bowling balls and then also eating finger-food it feels like a no brainer that there should be sanitizer readily available.

So much fun. And staff so nice and very helpful especially Darren, he took the time to explain how the cards worked and the best deals out. Loads of games for all ages and the best thing is they were ALL in working order.can even use your time zone card here too! Would definitely visit again. Free parking at the back plus good prices on all the other activities on-site. The venue is spacious and clean. Will visit again. Highly recommended to all.

*Very disappointing - they just do not care about customers*

My companion and I had a booking for bowling, laser tag and table tennis. The evening started out with bowling, which was rendered utterly awful due to the attendants next to us, who indulged in loud shouting, running around, throwing bowling balls all over the place, and just being generally disruptive of our game - no one intervened at all.

After the bowling we asked to play table tennis until our laser tag booking commenced - however we were told it was unavailable, so we had to wait around for half an hour with admittedly a fair bit of frustration build up already.

We were eager to play laser tag, however we (2 people) were thrown in with another group of 14 people, which deprived the activity of any fun whatsoever, such that after the first round we asked if we could play at another time - we were told this was not possible, which caused us to simply leave the venue at this point.

I contacted the service team several times via multiple ways to potentially work out some sort of service recovery - which were simply ignored.

So, at this point, I can only leave an unfavourable review and no longer frequent the venue.

Great place, very fun. Large variety of arcade games, points shop has reasonable prices, 10/10 would go back. I actually promised Emily (Kingpin Nth Strathfield) that i'd do a review, you don't have to listen to me but my friends and I agreed that if her explanation of laser tag was good (as a joke), I would put a review up.

King pin is the best place to have a birthday party. Really enjoyed our time there and it was made better with our host Lily taking care of everything.

A very fun and lively place with a great amount of arcade games and activities. My friends and I visited for a teens birthday party over the weekend. Emily was our party host and she was very outgoing, funny and approachable. She went the extra mile to make sure me and my friends had a satisfying experience. Overall great venue and service for all ages.

Amazing atmosphere, great service from the staff. Bowling was exceptional as we were taken to our lane. The arcade is very fun and the machines are well maintained. Whenever we had an issue, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to help us out.

I felt like a real guest in this venue, absolutely recommend this Kingpin.

Sorry to say this but unfortunately for second time I have had to experience the same issue with the bowling side, the bumpers are not functioning properly and need to be fixed but it’s look like they don’t care about spending money on it to make visitors happy and I have to wait for 30 minutes with kids and everything to see what they can provide for us to make us enjoy the time and happy to stay and spend time and money.
Sadly I’m not going to go to kingpin anymore from now just because of the service which is sad for such a beautiful places.

Friendly, clean, lively place. Went to north strathfield on 19th May 2021. Exceptional customer service by Sam, so attentive and greatly helpful. Beautiful!

Matthew was absolutely splendid at his job and super caring as a party host. I recommend him for everyone! Oh, the food here is above and beyond! Staff are all pretty friendly and our party was a blast. Such a fun filled night.we will be back again soon.

Bowling price was increased dramatically. The place become more common, but the place can't be hold up a loyal costumer. Like a game of bowling currently $18per game, which is as double as other bowling place.

Hi KingPin, while bowling was fun our ball kept getting stuck down the end necessitating the need to bowl another ball down get it to come back up - while this wasn't a huge issue it meant we need to have 2 balls of the same size/weight on hand for the game - not an easy task when the centre is busy. We were also disappointed by the amount of games in the arcade that were out of service and what seemed to be the replacement of multiplayer games which were playable by kids as young as 7 (like the rampage game and a zombie shooting game) with one shot ticket collection games of chance - which seems more about gambling for tickets rather then playing something and having fun.

A really great place to take the kids on a cold winters day. We enjoyed a reasonable lunch, played a game of bowling then the kids went off and played video games. There’s a full bar also as well as private and public areas for parties. We will visit again.

My daughter went to a party on the weekend and had a great time, Lexi and Matthew were great hosts and helped her and her friends have a fun time, really good customer service! Thanks!
