King Street Medical, Warrawong

Cannot recommend this practice enough, it's modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional, professional, kind and caring. The doctors are second to none and provide the best supportive care.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. Thankyou Dr. Prabhu and the nurses and also the girls behind the front desk, you are all amazing.

I found King Street Medical Centre very good. All staff people the receptionists, the nurses are kind and professional. My doctor Ritu Sharma is great, I am her patient from a few years and I followed her to the Centre. I am glad to attend King Medical Centre.

Have just joined here after a bad experience at Shellharbour city general practice.
The reception staff were warm and understanding and friendly and more than helpful with any questions. Saw dr prabhu who was lovely and great with kids. Highly recommend and happy to find such a lovely doctors.

Very welcoming. The ladies at reception are so helpful, the nurses are also kind and always friendly and my Dr always goes above and beyond!

Always great help & advice I'm so glad I got to have a tele consultation as Ive got a chest infection & woke up with both ears aching extremely bad as well as losing a bit of my hearing was a little scary but after being able to speak to the doctor was extremely helpful

Rang for consultation, all booked up but whilst talking to the nice girl on the phone said she had a cancellation later in the morning! How good was that timing

I seen Pacey once wen i was depressed & while i was telling her my problem, she had no interest & her eyes were flicking madly, Yeh ive gone back, but i see a much more professional Dr now, Dr J Bahgava. And reception is lovely.

You are greeted by warm friendly receptionists - then taken through to nursing staff who are incredibly thorough and kind. The adjoining cafe staff are also great for a chat!
I will wait for availability here instead of going elsewhere because I know they have my best interests at heart.
Each doctor and nurse use a holistic approach to healthcare and I am comfortable talking to my GP about all aspects of my health.
Special mention Dr Sanjay and Dr Leo for always going above and beyond when help is needed

Dr pacey is very unprofessional.
With out reason she gets the reception to call clients to tell them she doesn't want to see them anymore as patiences and refuses to say why when we have our first new born that she has been seeing. She did it to me 6 months ago and today my partner got that same phone call who just had a newborn
Disgusting behaviour and unprofessional information given to her now past patients.

I'm Dr Sanjay's patient and he is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. Staff is also very kind and helpful. I can only highly recommend this medical centre!

I find my JP a very good doctor very caring and spends time to explain every thing in ways you can understand and will listen to what you have to say he is a bit biases at times but worth the wait

The world needs more Doctors Like Dr Pacey. So incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Dr Pacey goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel seen, valued and heard and always focuses on the roots cause of problems / conditions to ensure the best possible outcome.

Never have any appointments, when you have kids, you kind of can’t book appointments a week or two in advance. They always booked out.
When dr Barney was there, he was amazing, never had a problem getting in to see him, now it’s just horrible.
If anyone has any recommendations for a gp around the Wollongong area, who is good with kids, I’d love to know, they are impossible to find.

New doctors and now doctor doesn't listen to you or try to understand your own personal history, tried several differentdoctors but now, more interested in their own esteem and preconceived ideas - instead of actually helping individuals. This used to be a great practice, doctors who actually listened to you but now only concerned with their own importance - so disappointed - SO miss Dr Barney!
